The service was horrible.. Ive never been in the post office before and Im now a business owner which allows me to go to the post office weekly.. my first time going, I asked one of the ladies that worked there about a few of my packages and she snooted her nose up at me and said "I dont know, Im not going to sugar coat anything for you and act like I know when I dont" I then told her "If you cant tell me how to properly deliver my packages and you dont know, then maybe you shouldnt be working here" the service was absolutely horrible and Ill never be back there again.. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely the pits! Long lines out the door. Not nearly enough staff to handle the volume of customers. No Post Master on duty at this office EVER!. No way to address customer concerns. I will say that there is one Black Male gentleman who works the front desk with a smile every time and a great deal of professionalism, going above and beyond the call of duty to move the lines. He even offers suggestions for mailing. Outside Of him, this place could use a lot of improvement.

We had a notification that we had a certified letter. We were at work so they tried to deliver twice and missed us. We went to the post office the day we were supposed to pick it up and they told us we would need to go to another post office. We then drove to the other post office who told us that the mail was on a truck in route to the original post office. We still dont have our mail and we are getting no help from anyone at either post office.

I mailed 3 postcards from Douglasville, it took over 3 weeks for them to arrive in Cincinnati. I have mailed a birthday card down Oct 17th and yet to arrive, it is now Nov 2nd. I also ordered a package for a friend down there and they left it at the door in the apartment complex were it was stolen. Lazy and corrupt to say the least. I recommend to send everything in Douglasville as registered mail.

I wasnt at home to sign for a package so I went up to the post office to get it and they said I have to sign the pink delivery card so they can pick it up in the mail and the package would be delivered the day after they pick the card up and that was three days ago. Possibly the worst post office Ive ever been into.

Mislabeled a package and went to my car for a sharpie. Came back unnoticed and the clerk was saying: "That guy was really getting on my nerves. Like hes stupid or something." I have never gone to mail a package and had my feelings hurt too--until going here.

If I could leave zero stars I wouldve. It took 4 to 6 weeks for me to receive my credit card in the mail. This can not be legal for them to hold someones mail for that long nor does it take that long for mail to be delivered. Get more help!

I label all my priority mail packages at home and just stop there to drop them off if the mail carrier doesnt pick it up. So I give 5 stars for never having to interact with anyone.

Poor customer service. During closing, an employee came from the back to lock up and was extra rude. Eyes rolling, mumbling under her breath and all. Just RUDE!!! Why come to work?
