There is two woman up front, Ms. Sandra and another young colored girl that never wears her name tag which is why I did not get her name. Ms. Sandra is very friendly and works at a fast rate. The other young lady I must say works very sluggish, she is not friendly at all and has very poor customer service experience. I hope her manager reads this reviews and speaks to her, if she does not enjoy her job she should look elsewhere.

The mail couriers at this location is beyond incompetent. Ive lived at my current residence for five months now, and they are constantly holding my mail stating that my house is vacant. When i go in to show i reside there, their only reason is that theres never a car in the driveway... I guess its my fault they dont deliver my mail because I use my garage. Very poor service!

Dont wanna give 1 star, They are very rude. The mail couriers from this location ( im assuming since its the closet one ) NEVER delivers the mail at the same time, its usually after 5pm, and i havent received mail that ive been waiting on. On top of getting other peoples mail, and also other people getting our mail! This is the worst USPS service ive ever witnessed!

This is the worst postal service district I have ever seen in my life. Three times I have order items from Amazon. Every time they ship the item via the post service, including next day it is always 1-3 days late. I have stopped ordering items from Amazon that are not heavy enough to be sent UPS.

Staff very rude.. Dont even think about calling to complain. I did and got someone with the same attitude. Cant really ccomplain if the person who is overseeing the employee is just as nasty of not worse. Just set up a pick up from your mail person my mail lady is awesome.

Ive been in my new home just over a year and I keep getting my neighbors mail delivered to my address!!! I obviously return their mail to them but whos getting mine??? Im constantly missing mail!! The worst!!! Absolutely horrible mail carrier services!!!! Avoid if possible!!!!

Poor customer service inside when the Asian lady is not out front. Hate paying for a PO box and then having to wait 30 minutes in line to pick up a package. Why is anyone surprised when voters of both parties express their frustration with government bureaucracy.

Saturdays always so busy and slow due to number of people but you just need to expect that. We dont mind. Fayetteville citizens in line are courteous and not grumpy. The clerks have always been nice and smiles even under duress of long lines. Love my city.

Although the ladies at the front desk are generally nice, this PO is one of the slowest moving Ive ever encountered. Also, I had a lost package delivered several times to this PO which was unable (unwilling?) to forward it. Very disappointed.

I am not sure why the wait time is so long and when I finally got to the front, they claim that they could not find the package "We will call you when we find it". If at all possible, avoid using this location at all cost.

I have an online business and Ive had 3 packages "lost" before it reached my customers. I take my mail to Fairburn post office to make sure I dont lose customers, money from refunds and merchandise.

I got here at lunch and waited in line for over 30 minutes. Only ONE person staffing the front counter! With a constant line of 15 ppl. Other employees in the back not caring if there was a line.

This location has very poor service. If a customer is waiting at the counter for assistance, someone should stop what they are doing (if not attending a customer) and serve the waiting customer.
