Incredibly bad!! The service was very unprofessional. I checked on them on telephone call about my packages for which a delivery attempt was made but as per their record no one was available to receive them. The online status said that the mailman had left a notice for the recipients. However, I found no notice. I called them up the next morning ,only to be told that they had no information on the packages and that I would have to wait one more day since the mailman who attempted the delivery was off work that day.So, the package which was supposed to be delivered a day before my complaint was not even guaranteed to be delivered even two days later! Their (The mangers too) convenient excuse was that despite the fact that they could see the online status on the packages, they could not find them at their store BECAUSE the mailman was off work! 0/10 for professionalism. On top of that when I confronted them, the manager accused me of being rude. Instead of apologizing for the service she insisted that she had done her best and hung up the phone on me!!

Called with a tracking number to check on it and the imbecile states she does not know me. SHE IS NOT ******* supposed to know me. Shes supposed to do her job. I just wanted to know if my order was still there. The items were sent in June and according to USPS norms undelivered items are returned to sender in a month. Of course, as you can imagine, that has not happened. I just wanted to make it right. She told me that only the recipient could do that. What if I had told that I was the recipient? "She would not have known me from Adam", to quote her own words. Turns out, she was the supervisor and I could get no help there. US Government: Hire educated, helpful individuals. Like really, take a f***in personality test or something. The b**** even had the audacity to tell me that she is going to hang up. Probably just cuz she wanted to rush back home. Anyone from the area? Please make sure she reads this. and tries to be more helpful in the future. Will not rate because 0 in itself is not a value. but have to rate or this wont get published.

I made the mistake of stopping by this PO to drop off a pre-paid package that I needed a receipt for. The guy at the counter (white guy, thin, surly face and grey hair) puttered around doing nothing for a few minutes, before calling me up to the counter. I told him that I just needed a receipt, and he became extremely agitated- "We dont DO that. You dont NEED a receipt!". i told him that my normal PO does it, and yes I DO need it. He swore at me under his breath before stomping off to find a handheld piece of equipment that he didnt know how to use. Long story short, after about 10 minutes, and multiple attempts to try and use the hand held, all the while swearing at me under his breath (but of course loud enough for me to hear), I told him to give me my package back and that Id go to my regular PO. Incompetent service and RUDE to boot. I took it to my normal PO and had my receipt in 10 seconds.

Hi People at the PO on Old Milton - the phone is constantly busy so I cant call so I am using this as a last ditch effort to contact you. One of the package bins is broken, there are packages piled all over the counter, items dropped off are not getting scanned in as received as post office, some from last week. I tried calling the usps.gov but the IVR is useless. Due to late processing of packages dropped off before drop off time, or simply not scanned in at all (yet) Im not meeting agreed shipping times and this is going to cost me $. Please, get a new bin or a better way to drop off packages, get someone to scan those packages in. Days are going by post drop off w/o packages scanned in. Help please! Your my PO and you have never let me down before! I also think they need to get you folks some more help, I think you are all too busy. Thanks.

I brought Manilla Envelopes in to be weighed and determine if it would more cost effective to go through the shipping post or US Postal Service. The man who helped me weighed them and was told they would be $1.40 each and was sold 40 stamps. I returned the following week to mail them and was told it would have to be sent as a package for $2.40 each because of an ink pen in the envelope. (There was a flyer, and ink pen, and a flat air freshner for a car). I came back to the office, spent 40 minutes removing the pens, sent an employee back down to ship them where he was told it would still be $2.40....which I truly believe he charged because he was mad I mentioned that he was the one who had just told me this the week prior. The US Postal has became a rip off and if I knew as little about my job as the man we spoke with, I wouldnt have one.

Honesty, the people who work here are awesome. I am in the post office once every couple weeks for about the last 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. People in line who show up with untaped boxes, try to pack while standing in line, cut the line "just to ask a question" or engage in other behavior that is disruptive and slows things down for all the other patrons should grow up and figure out how to manage to go the post office without creating a problem. Oh, and to the people I have to stand in line with: ease up on the cologne and put your phone away, you dont need to be talking or texting while in line. If whatever you are on the phone for is that important then get out of line! It slows down the line, its annoying and it might be against the law. Or it should be.

The line is always out the door I agree but the three employees that have been there the longest are AWESOME! I go there and wait because it is close to my house and because these three people are the most patient, helpful and professional employees I know. These employees are two men and one woman and one or two of them are always there every time to assist me. Tell me why there are such long lines if the service was bad? I think people would go elsewhere and those of us who do appreciate these employees would like it if you would go elsewhere so our lines wouldnt be so long. Try to find the positive in everything and you will be happier people I promise. Peace & Love to All.

I dont understand why someone cant simply ring the doorbell. Then it takes 2 hours to get hold of customer service that gives you a wrong number and location (which both locations dont answer phones). I went to a location for help and the manager calls me a liar, saying everyone tells us they dont hear the doorbell. I work from home and even a camera shows the carrier not ringing the bell. Im closing my business account with the post office!! 6 figures I spend with them and to be called a liar when Im telling the truth isnt the kind of people I want to help pay their salary and benefits. Hopefully they will go under and I can help support UPS and FEDex.
