Went into the post office with completed paperwork (mostly) and other required documents for passport renewal the day after Thanksgiving. Short wait in line, but my experience with USPS agent Lisa was great! She was very pleasant, helpful with the process and very knowledgeable about what was needed to ensure that the results of the transaction were successful for me. I didnt expect a visit to the post office to "make my day", but it did. :-) Great customer service and a wonderful experience!

I selected schedule a pick up and the option to knock on my door. The mail lady instead wants to be lazy and honk her horn which I cant hear. She decided that I wasnt worth 2 mins of her time because she wanted to be lazy. This looks bad on the company as a whole especially when the USPS has been in a $5.5 billion dollar debt since 2015. Keep that up and youll be out of business. Customer comes first I dont care if it "inconveniences" you 2 mins.
