I needed help with my change of address. I had filed the form electronically, but the verification cards cam the day we had already vacated the property. I was already on the road and needed to verify that my change of address would be effective. I called on a Saturday morning, Rick picked up the phone in two rings, walked me through the process, and fixed everything in about 3 minutes. Thumbs-up and 5 stars for alleviating my panic!

I have had a problem every single time! Lost packages and packages not getting mailed at all. I had to pay $300 because of a package they lost. When I go in to complain about the lost package or the package taking months to get to where it needs to, they are so unhelpful and dont care. DO NOT GO HERE.

The attendants have always been very helpful and patient every time Ive gone. Sometimes they seem a little annoyed before you walk up to be helped but Ive always left with a positive experience. My experience with customer service over the phone was quite unpleasant.

Sandy helped us get our passports the other day, and she was fantastic! She made the experience painless and quick, even though we didnt have everything we needed. She saved us over $100, and we are very grateful for her patience and kindness!

The facility itself is fine/clean and everything I have mailed from here has been sent correctly. The workers are a little more blunt/rude, but are OK if you are well prepared.
