I needed to ship a defective graphics card to a company in California. I was quoted just over Thirty two dollars as the most inexpensive route between all the carriers. This quote was with three hundred dollars of insurance as well. I told the guy that his price was way to high and he told me that it was because it was all the way to California AND they had to make money somehow. Now I understand those reasons and to be fair they are accurate, but why tell me that? I left and headed down the road to the USPS and got a flat rate box shipped all the way to California in three days for..... eighteen dollars. Proof is in the photo!

I visit The Ship Station every week and they are the nicest people. I have quite a few urgent packages that I need to make sure that they get there on time and since I gave them my email address, I get all my tracking numbers sent to me. All I do is click the link and it shows me everything I need to know. Also its very convenient visiting their location. Its right around the corner from where I live. There is always enough parking.

We went here with a document that must be delivered before 8am in the morning. When we spoke with the staff at The Ship Station they didnt seem organized at all. So we asked multiple times - Will this be delivered before 8am? Did I fill this out correctly so it will be delivered before 8am? We were assured every time with a yes... Come today... the package was not delivered on time. Very disappointed...

Great place for shipping any and all items. They LITERALLY work with all of the shippers worldwide (even DHL). I mean they really do offer a great service. Im always greeted and their customer service is amazing. I rented a mailbox and its way better than the post office. Also, they have a very friendly, family-oriented staff! If you dont like waiting in line, youre in luck. Thanks, guys!
