Not sure if this place is any better than it was back in 2014/2015 but we had a terrible experience here. If I could rate this place a zero, I would. Maybe 3-4 weeks into having her there, her arm was pulled out of the socket. I was not immediately contacted and was contacted hours after the fact. When they finally called me around 1-2 in the afternoon, they told me that she came in to daycare like this. An absolute lie! They also asked me to come after nap time so that I didnt disturb the other children. I did not and went right up there! She was not using her left arm and was walking around with it limp around her side when I picked her up. She was also crying in pain. The director didnt even act concerned when I got there. Quite frankly I dont even think she knew. The teacher told me she had no idea how it happened. Then also mentioned that my daughter wouldnt come in from the playground but that maybe another child did it.hmmmm. Im pretty sure the teacher pulled her by her arm to get into the room. Mind you, my daughter was 1 at the time. I asked the director when leaving to see the camera footage. She wouldnt ablige. We immediately went to the hospital where they told me her arm was out of the socket. The next day the director called me to ask where my daughter was and if they needed to hold her spot....... wouldnt recommend this place at all! There actually the reason I dont take either of my kids to daycare!

I am a former employee of rosebud. I advise anyone looking for employment to make your decision wisely. I was worked there for one day and quit because of management Kristie is very rude and the training is very poor. I have never worked for a company that does not care for the employees. It is now 3 months later April 7, 2017 and I still havent received my paycheck. I have made plenty attempts and Im tired of hearing its coming by mail. I will be getting an lawyer involved if I dont receive my money within the next week! Its not the point about the amount of money made but it is the point that nobody works for free and if you cant train your employees right or allow sick kids to attend and make other kids sick is very disgusting center. Kristie needs to be fired because she is very unprofessional.

My two daughters have been here over a year. Some great teachers here. Minus Kristie and Stephanie the Admin staff is messy and very rude. Here are some of my top highlights for a 2 review. - High turnover rate - My 18mo is wet every evening when I come to get her. - My 2 yr olds clothes are constantly missing - Front staff has very bad communicarion skills - Confronted a teacher for snatching a childs arm and calling child a curse word - Poorly trained teachers - Poor customer service - Notification of incidents turned in ontime - Poor bookkeeping

Communication is a must and with proper communication Rosebud Child Development Center is the best.
