I stopped by Peachstate Dent Repair last week to get an estimate to see what they would charge to have a ding on the back left side of my Dodge Challenger fixed and the cost of painting my rear bumper to remove some deep scratches when I accidentally backed into my friends car in my driveway last year. I wasnt planning on having it done that day as I thought it would be out of my budget, I was just going to get an estimate for now. After they looked at my car, they give me a written estimate and they told me they could get it done that day if I wanted them too. I was so pleasantly surprised how reasonable their estimate was that I told them to go ahead and do the work and I would pick up the car on the way home from work that day. When I stopped by to pick it up they said they were just about done as they were just finishing up my complementary car wash. Again I was pleasantly surprised that they not only got the ding out and completely removed my rear bumper, painted it and clear coated it and put everything back together, but they washed the entire car as well. From talking to the girls in the office to the gentleman who gave me the estimate, to the guys in the shop, everyone was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work that they had done. Needless to say I was very satisfied with the work they had done and I will be sure to come back again for any other dent repair or body work I may need in the future. I am the kind of guy who really takes care of my vehicles and takes pride in having a nice looking car. So much that it usually takes me 3 to 4 hours to personally wash and detail my car every few weeks and having this ding and the scratches on the rear bumper has been bugging me since it happened. If I would have known how reasonable priced Peachstate Dent Repair was and what a great job that they would do I would have had the work done a long time ago. Thanks for doing a great job on my car and for going out of your way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I will be sure to recommend you to my friends and I will be a repeat customer as I am sure that wasnt my last door ding or scratched up bumper my family or I will ever have. THANK YOU!! Andre
