This business / collision shop went out of their way to make me extremely happy. The craftsmanship for the repairs that they did was exact. Lines are perfect. When I first met the the Giles family, 2 months ago, I knew this business was different from any others. ( Ive been driving for over 40 yrs.). Henry and Chet took my negative situation and made it a very positive one. They gave me service that I needed on the damage and then they gave me MORE service. Example: car was delivered to me washed/cleaned on exterior AND the dashboard on INSIDE. Very Impressive! If I could give them an award, I would. More than ★★★★★

I have had 2 cars repaired here. This body shop might not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. His work is excellent in my opinion and he will backup his service. I had a rear bumper replaced and painted and he matched the paint better than the factory paint. 2 years after I got the bumper repaired, the paint chipped from the corner and he had no problem fixing it by repainting the bumper. The staff is friendly in my opinion too.

In my line of work (Fleet Vendor), I deal with a lot of different repair shops and Giles is undoubtedly one of the best body shops in Michigan. Ive been taking vehicles to Giles for years now and theyre always friendly, they do the job right and they do it fast. 5 Stars. Highly recommended.

Great service back in 2008ish.... I had an appointment to pick up my car. It wasnt quite ready.... About an hour off... They sent me to a local Coney Island for breakfast for the inconvenience... Have to love and appreciate that. Awesome business establishment.
