I would highly recommend the Hines Park Ford Collision shop to anyone. We had brought in a 2005 Freestar damaged by hail. John Kushner did a fantastic job in working with our insurance agent and making the repairs to our complete satisfaction even though this was an older model vehicle. After the vehicle was returned to us, John followed up on an additional item that needed repair from the original damage and was able to quickly fit us in for a final repair. We were impressed with Johns attention to this detail. Later, we had an affected cladding part that became loose, again John fitted us into his work schedule and made this repair. We are completely satisfied with the quality of work at their facility. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Even washing the vehicle and bringing it to the front door for me when finished.
