My sales experience was very good. They were ready for me to come in on a Monday night and I was in and out within an hour! Bob (salesman) was very down to earth with me and laid back. He didnt make me feel like I was spending money so much as I was getting an awesome new car. The showroom was clean and well lit and every employee that walked by went out of their way to introduce themselves. Even the finance guy was very easy to work with. In subsequent visits to the dealership, Bob has gone out of his way to say hi to me by name and ask me how my car was doing. He is the model of what every salesman should be. My service experience has been ok, but not stellar. I took in my 2001 F-150 for a power steering issue and as expected, they came in on the high side. However, I was able to have a reputable shop do it for literally 1/3 the cost. Thats gouging. Further, when I took my brand new car in for a suspected front end vibration, they told me there was nothing wrong and blamed any vibration on the wind. I ended up at another dealer to get the problem fixed. UPDATE: Last week, my new car would not start and left me stranded. Once I dealt with getting the car towed to the dealership (courtesy of Ford), Brondes immediately sent their courtesy shuttle out to pick me up and take me to get a rental car. Everything went shockingly smooth and quick. Fortunately, the repair was relatively simple and was quite literally completed before I even made it back to work. I requested several other long-standing issues be addressed and they were glad to take care of them. They told me dont worry about it and just hang on to the rental car (that they were already paying for) The car was completed and returned to me freshly washed on Tuesday evening, 4 days after I had dropped it off. My service advisor was Dave, and to anyone who is planning on getting service on their vehicle at Brondes, make sure you ask for Dave! For the first time, I found a service advisor that actually followed up and called me when he said he would. He was quick to comp an oil change for my troubles and was very understanding. Not to mention, he got my car in and the initial problem taken care of in less than an hour! Much like Bob above, Dave did everything right by making me feel like I was his top priority. I cant say enough good about this guy and I will make sure to deal exclusively with him in the future.

First encounter with service department via phone. Inquired about a replacement battery for my vehicle. Informed that it would have to be diagnosed if that was the problem. And that I was batteries are NOT prorated. I was in town, and this was closer to the dealership where vehicle was purchased or my home in Michigan. Told to drop vehicle off the next morning and I would be notified by end of business day. So I thought I would have it tested and drove in just to purchase a battery. Informed extremely busy, and diagnosis could take up to 2 or more hours. Inquired about making a phone call to your Secor Rd., location. Younger female (seated on the left, from entering service bay) then looked to gentlemen in center and neither seemed to want to be bothered. Unfortunately, I allowed their lack of willingness I left. Must have something to do with the property. How sad that a FORD employee owns this and another vehicle. If I could give an 1/8th of a star I would have done so. Thank you for 2 days of No Customer Service Remembering, purchasing my daughters first vehicle from Kistler Ford I went their. How sympathetic of having a possible dead battery and being stranded. In less than 45 minutes, I was back on the road.

I was ready to step out of my comfort zone and look at a Ford vehicle for the first time in my car buying years. As it turned out, I am glad I did! I test drove a 2015 Fusion Titanium and fell in love. The dealership where I test drove the Fusion didn’t have a large selection to choose from, so I decided to visit Brondes Ford Lincoln of Maumee on my way back home. I am very glad I did. Never having visited the dealership, I had no predetermined choice of a sales person. As I walked down the line of sales cubes, I found Marc Monroe. I was impressed with his wall of “sales awards”, so I stopped and introduced myself. Right from the start, we “clicked”! He has a great professional demeanor along with a caring, no pressure approach to selling. I worked in retail as a young lad and had the same attitude with my customers. Be honest, accountable and respectful with the people who walk through the door! Marc made my car buying a great experience! He worked with the finance area and got the deal “done”. So far I am very pleased with Brondes Ford of Maumee and look forward to a long and trusting relationship with them. I definitely enjoy my 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium!!!!

I dont even know where to start, I absolutely loved my car buying experience here at Brondes Ford in Maume. Im from out of state (all the way from Utah) and Brondes ford had the exact car I wanted, Ford Explorer Limited. I Worked with Troy Williams from start to finish and Troy was more than anyone could ask for. He absolutely went above and beyond what he had to do for me. I flew into Detroit airport, and with out me even asking he offered to come pick me up at 9pm (40 minutes away). I stayed in a hotel right by the dealership the night I got there, and there was Troy picking me up in the morning to take me across the street. He made the process smooth and quick. Not only is Troy the best car salesman Ive done business with, he is an extrodinary individual. Brondes Ford better realize what a great employee they have. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have bought no less than 4 brain new cars at Brondes Ford Maumee these past 4 years. So they should be doing some right for sure!! I like a lot the ease of each transaction; I got immediate answer to all my questions (you dont have to wait for the sale guy to go to speak to a hidden sales manager ... like most other dealership do!!). Answers are clear; you know whats possible and not possible. No surprise or misunderstanding. The rest of the process is top notch; paperwork signing is well prepared and fast, delivery is fantastic, the service department is very helpful, the dealer store is nice and well situated (next to the turnpike for easy and fast access). The only thing that they could improve is the waiting room in the service area that could use some refresh and better seating. Highly recommended.

Scott is one of the best honest straight-forward salesmen of ANY variety whom I and my wife have met, As former management, with interview, hiring, training, supervision, and trouble shooting of under-performing units -- you may take my assessment to the bank. Every sales person has his style and finds customers with whom he is successful, but Scott simply has no annoying tells, manipulations, pushiness, arrogance or other off-putting behavior. He treats customers with regard for what THEY want. I would say he is a Master of His Trade, and deserves to regarded as such by his employers and peers.
