My wife and I looked around at several Ford dealerships, and last minuet we decided to go visit Randy Wise Ford. They put us in contact with John Durand and everything was smooth sailing from there. He truly did take on all of the responsibility of getting us in the best car for our financial situation. They helped me get out of an upside down with a car I had purchased back in 2010 and got my wife and I two 2015 cars fresh from the lot. We knew walking in that it would be difficult to do everything we needed, but there was no hesitation. My wife got to turn in her lease early, they helped her with the overage charges she had accrued by going over on her lease, and they helped me get out of an upside down loan I had with a Chevy HHR. My wife is now driving an 2015 AWD (All Wheel Drive) Ford Edge, and I am now driving a 2015 Focus SE with a ton of features that my previous car did not have. Lastly I loved the modern technology Randy Wise Ford used to work out the deal for my Wife and I. We made up the whole deal via text messaging and Email. John Durand would send me intricate details on the deal they wee trying to come up with and text it to me though out the day so that even if I was busy, I could still see what progress was being made with my new car. Once we came to an agreement, John emailed me a full detailed proposal on what they could do for my wife and I. Next thing I knew, my wife and I were driving off the lot with our brand new cars. Bottom line, these people treat you like family. Everyone at this dealership made sure we were comfortable, and well taken care of. They got us the best deal possible, full tank of gas, first oil change for free, and mentioned that if anything goes wrong with our cars, just call them and they will help as much as possible. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM ANY OF THE RAMDY WISE FORD DEALERSHIPS. I purchased 2 new vehicles within 18 months from Randy Wise Ford. A 2014 Ford F150 and a 2016 Ford Explorer. After 2 weeks my Ford Explorer Transmission was giving me problems hanging up in first gear and shifting hard. I had it in 2 times and they said they found nothing wrong with it. So the next time I took a video to show them. They said they couldnt help me and excused me. Then it wouldnt shift and i tried to take it in. They said they couldnt get me in for 1 1/2 weeks. Waited and called back to get it in and they said their transmission guy was out. They then made me take it all the way to their Auto Mall in flint. Within an hour of dropping it off they said my trans was shot. They then rebuilt it and it failed after 2 weeks. I spoke to the GM there and he said he would take care of me. Keep in mind my vehicle applies to all of the Lemon Law criteria. Not just one but all!! The GM from Flint offered me a trade in of 2/3 the value owed and when i said no he then said he couldnt help me. Incompitent and crooks. Do not biy a vehicle at any location as they will not service ypu properly nor do they value a customer.

I bought a new Ford Focus from Randy Wise Ford in August. I had never been to their dealership before and walked in with no appointment. Salesman Adam Waybrandt greeted me at the door and I explained what I was looking for. He spent a lot of time going over the details of the things I was interested in. I was shown several cars and we discussed the prices and the payment options that were available. There was one car I was especially interested in. I told Adam that I would like to come back with my daughter and son-in-law to discuss a possible purchase. I called him and set an appointment when we could all be there. Adam met with us and answered all the questions we had. We took the car for a test drive and I decided to buy it. I went back the next day with my old car (trade-in). Adam spent a great deal of time explaining all the features of the car because I had my old car for several years and was not familiar with the newer features and he wanted me to feel comfortable with it. I am really enjoying my new car and very grateful to the dealership and my salesperson for making this a pleasant experience.

I found the car (used 2009 Pontiac Vibe) on AutoTrader because it was within the price range and mileage that I wanted. I had never been to Randy Wise before, so I asked them if I could take the car to an independent mechanic to have it inspected during the test drive, which they were happy to let me do. The 70 point inspection was clean, and the few minor issues that did come up (wheel alignment and leaky battery) were taken care of quickly and without any hassle. Although they did walk me through the different warranty options, they were not pushy about them, which I appreciated. They were up front about all the fees associated with the sale, and didnt try and slip in extra charges. Whenever I called with a question, they were prompt to respond and were very helpful. Had it not been for a slight hitch with my credit union, I would have driven off the lot the same day as the test drive (Friday), but as it was I had the car by Monday once my credit union was open. Overall, they were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Thanks to John Durand and Kevin Wilkinson for the pleasant experience.

I contacted Randy Wise Ford with a specific request for a Ford Focus (Tuxedo black metallic with Titanium handling pkg, sunroof, and NAV). My salesman, John Durand, located the exact car in an hour, had it delivered to Randy Wise, prepped and deilvered it to me the next day. He applied all available Ford incentives, gave me a great price that no one could beat, and had all the paperwork ready to optimize the leasing experience. I was in and out in an hour or so with a great car at a great price. John also gave me the best price I had been quoted for my trade. I have always driven foreign cars, but wanted to come back to a car made in Michigan and the Focus does not disapppoint. With the 355 watt Sony Stereo, Titanium trim and handling pkg and slick color, I have been having a blast with this turbo car and getting 34 mpg in mixed driving. John Durand and the finance manager really did a wonderful job with my purchase and I can recommend the dealership due to my "5 star" experience.

I was looking for a new car in toward the end of July, and had gone to another dealership where well just say the experience wasnt positive, so a friend of mine said I should call Robert at Randy Wise in Ortonville, now Ortonville is not geographically near me but I figured what the heck, it cant get much worse....Fast forward to 3 days later, my new (to me=used) car is delivered to my home, my old car is picked up and taken away and all I had to do was talk to Robert at Randy Wise and he took care of everything! How awesome! Hands down my favorite car buying experience, I would strongly recommend anyone needing a new or used vehicle go see Robert at Randy Wise, he handled everything like a pro, made it the easiest car buying transaction Ive ever experienced, did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it. Very, very pleased and will be seeking Robert out when it comes time for my next, new to me vehicle. Thanks Robert, awesome job!
