I took my car to this maaco instead of the others, due to the other ratings Id seen online. The ratings were right--these guys did great work. I took my car there after having been in a fender bender, but did all the body work myself. All they did was paint the panels to match, so I cant comment on their body work team. However, the paint looks great, they blended it perfectly, and even did some free touch up on the opposite side of my car! Nothing but nice things to say about these guys. I spoke with Mark Seifert and made the process quick and easy: I had my car back in 3 days looking good as new. At 400 total, I have no complaints. Give these guys a shot, and theyll take care of you.

I took my car to several places to get a estimate to have the surface defects fixed and my car painted maaco gave me the best price for what needed to be done so I set it up after looking at a few negative reviews I had some concerns and went back up to talk to them about my concerns mark step in and addressed my concerns and made feel good going ahead my car was done on time the staff was very professional and understanding to my concerns and in my eyes went above and beyond to make sure my car had the best care and attention possible they did a great job and I thank them, I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their car done "cant beat the price or the work they do"

This happened about 4 years ago, just now getting into writing reviews because good businesses deserve props and bad ones deserve exposure: Had almost $3,000 dollars worth of body work done on my car after it was rear ended. After getting it back, the inside was completely covered in dust and a fine coat of paint primer. I approached the owner, who angrily took the car back into the shop. He brought the car back out after 15 minutes, the inside was smeared with the same dust and primer, and the windows were now spit on. I was pretty stunned at the childishness.

I struggled to find a place that would paint my car after I did some body work myself after a small accident. I was pleasantly surprised with such courteous employees at Maaco! It was like a breath of fresh air. I was even more excited for the fair price (to paint my entire vehicle, basic job) AND quick turn around time! Wow. I spent two weeks calling different places and no one came close to the service or price. One month later, Im still in love with my vehicle that now looks brand new!!! 100% recommend. Thank you SO MUCH!

Wasted money. I took my BMW to get the front bumper repainted to correct some paint chips. I had requested and was told that it would be sanded down and then totally redone. There is NO way that this occured, you can see where they simply painted over the previous paint. Plus the paint used created more chips than I have ever seen in my 7 year history with the car. II went because I thought it would be more cost effective, BIG MISTAKE. Huge wasted of money, if you have a nice car just beware. Never again, never.

Took my Jeep here for a bumper and door repair last year and they did a great job with matching the paint color and finishing the job in a timely manner. Recently took my Jeep back for a fix on with the track for my window and they ordered the part and fixed it within 30 minutes. Mark helped me out both times and was very helpful and kind. Great guy and a great business. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

I gave them my cars convertible top to paint. The car was blue color but the top was white. They matched the cars blue perfectly. I was amazed by their work. There were some tiny error, but those are way too hard to notice at first glance. I got to say they did an excellent job overall. Plus i got the lifetime warranty if the paint fades or peels off. I would recommend this paint shop hands down.

Had a bumper and door touched up here. Pricing was fair, service was great, and the final paint job looks beautiful; cant even tell it isnt factory paint unless youre on hands and knees inspecting it. They even went out of their way to work the repair into my schedule despite it being a very busy time of year for them. Id suggest stopping in for a quote if you need work done.

1 star for customer service. I called about the paint specials and he was too busy to answer some basic questions and kept cutting me off. He was just pushing to get me to come in. Probably doesnt want to answer questions on the phone because the $299 doesnt cover anything. I told him if he cant answer a couple questions, then hes too busy for my business.

The only good thing is the paint matched dont waste your money and rock chip removal apparently these guys dont know what a block is the chips are gone now i just have a terrible looking paint job that will probably cost double to fix not to mention all the dirt in the clear and the runs in the paint and or clear what a joke its quantity over quality

I recently had my Ford Expedition in because I had damaged my fender. My experience was excellent the staff was fast, friendly and courteous. They completed my vehicle at the estimated time and it look perfect! I could not have asked for better service and would recommend Maaco Garden City to anyone needing repairs.

They did a great job repairing my infiniti g35 A tree branch fell on my car and you cant even tell and at half the price of the dealership. They were quick clean and even gave me a ride home when i dropped my car off. If i ever need any work done again ill be here for sure

The employees are kind. I was able to get a quick estimate but it was quite high and I was not provided any print out of the estimate. Another local similar quality collision center gave me an estimate which is half of the Maacos estimate. More than 5k vs 2.6k.

Nothing but good things to say. The staff are great and they did a great job on my cars paint. Looks absolutely beautiful and totally worth it. I had the hood stripped and the entire car repainted and it looks like day one. Great job guys!
