If you, your family or a loved one is in need of having any service or repair work done on your vehicles I strongly recommend you talk to Zack Kesseriring at Tires Plus, Sugarloaf Parkway in Lawrenceville. I’ve personally taken my 92, 94, 96 Rangers, 97, 00, 02 F150, 03, 07, 09 Civic, 08 Element and my current 09 F150 to Tires Plus. Granted some of those vehicles we taken to the Athens locations when I lived out there but since moving to Lawrenceville in 2005 Tires Plus Sugarloaf Parkway has been it for me. My partner has taken his 4 vehicles over the years to Tires Plus, as has my roommate and his 3 Civics. While service and trust have always been the hallmark of what I found at Tires Plus, Zack at the Lawrenceville location is the new standard all others will be measured by. I’ve known that my vehicles have been taken care of at a fair price. My trust in Zack’s location goes so far that when dear friends in Conyers needed to have work done on their van, it was brought to Zack’s store. I’ve been lied to by the dealerships in the past and frequently left feeling like I needed a shower because they were just so scummy and never really knowing how badly I’ve been ripped off. Zack and Tires Plus won’t leave YOU feeling this way. When I pick up my new F150 this Saturday do you even have to wonder where it will be serviced at? Thank you Tires Plus for the YEARS of wonderful service but a special thanks to Zack at the Sugarloaf location. I was always happy with my experience at that location but there had been a lot of turnover in staff so I didn’t always get to talk to the same person. I trust Zack and Tires Plus. They should send ALL newly hired managers to his store to train. They would leave knowing exactly how to take care of the customer and build a TRUST that will last for YEARS.

I called in around 5 oclock and was told that I can take my car to get an alignment and I arrived just before 6 and the person behind the counter looks at the clock and says that the person who does the alignment and that he was short handed because two people called out. I told him that we called not even an hour ago and was told to come in. The person behind the counter then tells me the person who does the alignment had to leave early because his child was sick. It pretty much felt like they where trying to close up and turned a customer away and asked for me to come in the next day. First time I had bad service at this location. I guess Ill try again tomorrow and see what happens.

This place is the worst. I took my HHR here because it kept cutting off at traffic lights and when I explained the issue, they claimed it would cost over $1000 to replace all 4 cylinders at one time and printed out a bogus recall for my car, that no other car company could verify or locate. I went elsewhere and got a 2nd opinion and after they checked it, my repairs were only $300 and was told "having all 4 cylinders fixed at once" was a lie. Tires Plus staff at this location will say anything and sound so convincing, just to rip you off. Please get a 2nd opinion cause whatever they told you is probably a flat out lie. The staff at this location cant be trusted at all. Horrible!

My husband and I have only had great service and work by these guys who are very helpful and dont try to up-sell you into things you dont need. They have even cut a little off our bill because we are both Navy veterans and they wanted to honor our service. I was surprised to see the bad review below which prompted me to write this because there is always that one person who is a vocal minority that complains loudly when mad yet doesnt praise when warranted. I dont know of a single place that has a 100% great track record because the people who do the work are only human and so is the person claiming awful service.

First i was told this would take 40 mins at most. Ended up leaving 120 mins later. They previously broke the gasket from my oil pan for over tightening the screw. Then this time they broke my key to the locks on wheels. The manager claims they didnt over tighten them and that someone else did it.. This is the only place I take my car for tire rotation since the previous owner bought tires from a tires plus before he sold it to me so I get free tire rotations.. They ended up replacing the lugs they broke. The manager was also rude and unprofessional. Never coming here again.

I went in for new front brakes pads because after calling around they had a pretty good price. They told me that they were going to do a free inspection on the vehicle...great I thought, these guys are going to try and sell me all kinds if stuff when I just wanted pads. To my astonishment (hence the review), they told me that I had 50% life left on my pads and my rotors looked great. He said he would feel guilty selling my brakes with mine being in good condition still. WHAAAAAATTTTT!!! I found my new shop!

Awful service and policies!! Dont do ANY alignment with them or better yet DON"T buy their life time alignment. I went through 2 sets of tires in LESS than a year because of bad alignment!! They also told is that I need a camber kit etc.. and I believed them. Finally, after my second set of tires I decided to get a second opinion and it turns out the alignment was done wrong!!! Id advice to take your business elsewhere~!!

Best tire place Ive been to, but they "do everything but automatic transmission." I went in for 2 new tires. Jim L., the service manager, did not sell me products/services I didnt need and gave me a more than a fair price. He respected my time and the decisions I made. He added a few complementary check ups also. Would highly recommend to a friend.

I bought tires from Tires Plus last summer and the transition was smooth and I got a great deal. Now, a year after getting new tires. I came in for a rotation and I noticed the 9.99 special to get 6 things done and one was the tire rotation. It was great to be able to get the service that I needed and not for a billion dollars.

I had a very valuable experience here. Shawn and Lee made sure to go above and beyond by checking my battery and both are very nice. This wasnt because I work at Shanes right across, but I also noticed this with other customers and made me feel very satisfied. Thank you guys. Ill keep coming back!

I brought my car in for a recheck on an alignment that I had done at another location. Steve was amazing in getting the car in and fixing the issue on a short-staffed Sunday. They did a perfect job! I am thankful I brought it here and would highly recommend this location to anyone.
