After 10 years of bringing my car to this company, they are the worst and the price they were trying to guage me with was ridiculous! First, I bring my car to them asking to fix multiply issues that needs to be fixed on my car. I asked them if they will have my car fixed before the end of the day, they said they would, only to call me back later and say it will not be fixed in the morning. So I said OK.. Ill get it tomorrow. By morning they are calling me and telling me that I needed to pay them over $725 to fix my problem which was over my budget. Speaking with the tech, he decided that he was going to try to charge me for the diagnostic fee and if I wanted to do the work I will have to pay 1/2 the diagnostic fee, which is pure bullshit and when I let him know that I have NEVER paid for diagnostic if I decided to get the work done. These guys really thought I was stupid or something. Finally I get the manager (John) on the phone, he brings the bill down to $598 which was right at my budget, but it only let me know that jerk of a tech was trying to take all I had. So, they call me back and let me know my car was ready. I went to pay them and got in my car only to find out that the car was not turning on. The manager (John) says, "Oh yea, your battery was dead when you dropped it off." I told him that no one told me that the car was dead this morning when I spoke to you guys in several conversations. So, he suggest that I get a new battery, I went and stopped home and when I went to start the car again the battery dies on me again. So, had to go get another battery myself and install the battery, only the find out that the car was still not starting up. Now, at this point, I was getting upset that no one from the shop decided to call me and let me know that the car battery was dying, now I have to figure out now Im going to get my car fixed if I can start it. I think if I was told about this earlier in the morning, I would have had a chance to ask them to look into it and fix the problem. Instead, Im home after paying them $600 for a car that I cant move. Now I have to pay for towing to get my car fixed. I called to speak with the Manager John who I told knew good customer service and would extend himself for the sake of the customer and help me out. He was outright rude and non-engaging. I was also treated VERY RUDELY by the staff who wanted to argue with me about the issues they have with their business. Ive patronized this company longer than I should have. There is a racial tone in that place that I always over looked and the only reason why I decided to bring my car there for 10 years cause I told it would be more convenient because its closer to my home. But no one deserves treatment like this and I will NO LONGER GIVE THEM MY PATRONAGE.
I initially started coming here for oil changes after some bad experiences with Kauffman Tire and because of the good reviews I found online. The first couple times were no problem and the guys seemed trustworthy. However, this last time I got an oil change here I requested to have my tires rotated, which they did with the premium package. They told me before I left that my tires were fine but as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot my steering wheel was literally jerking back and forth. I drove back immediately and after I explained what was happening I heard someone yell in the back "either shes got a bad tire or a bad grip". Not sure if they were aware I could hear this loud and clear. Turns out I had a bad tire. It looked almost completely warped and was not like this before I arrived. They sent me across the street to get a used tire. While this did seem to solve the extreme jerking of my steering wheel, my car now appears to be out of alignment and also my breaks do not feel the same anymore either. This place has officially lost a customer and reinstated a ongoing impression that all mechanics are crooked and untrustworthy.
I went to this location, because I used another Precision Tunes location and trusted that all Precision Tunes were the same with their customer service but I was wrong. I went to have my cars coolant flushed. Well on friday Aug. 29 2014, I went and had it serviced at this location. After the service was completed I came home and the next day I noticed there was a crack in my radiator. A few days later, on that following tuesday, on my day off, I took my cracked radiator up to the center and showed the manager who was also the mechanic who worked on my car and he was very rude, arrogant, and kept trying to change the subject at hand. My trust was broken and the customer service from him was horrible. I will be contacting corporate office with a email and also will be calling.
I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, they are a rip off!!! I took my car in & just for a diagnosis they charged me $97 when I had already told them what Ik thee prob was. Then thee guy at thee front desk & thee mechanic tried to make a big deal out of my coolant being clogged so I would fall for what they were telling me...they basically said since it was clogged, I needed my whole coolant system replaced for $2500 ! Ik that didnt sound right at all so I took it to my dealership & they said all I basically need is a coolant flush & a new thermostat, that shouldnt cost anymore than $150
went here to get oil changed talking to another customer and left billfold on counter to get business card. didnt realize it til next morning when I went to pay bill online. call them they said yeah its in the white box which I found an unusual statment. went there got wallet and over hundred dollars was missing but everything else was there. all the storys they told me did not add up.... supposedly security cameras didnt work! isnt that convenient... wont go back!
How do you specialize in AC repair and your workers dont even know what an AC orfice tube is??? Its part of an component inside the AC compressor kit. The guy said theres no such thing. You think Im going to let you guys work on my car. Hump, I took it right on next door to Express Oil Change & Service who has 4.9 stars and the best reviews in town! Fixed the problem with no questions or hesitations and with a smile!!

I espically like the coupons that come in the mail to me as a reminder that my oil is ready for that 5, 000 mile oil change. It is really helpful and saves me a few extra bucks.
