*Update* Im updating 2 to 1 stars. I still returned to this location for simple maintenance - oil change and tire rotation. Well, it wasnt simple enough. The fella who did the service stripped my lugnut. Certainly best not to return to this location. This location is great for tire service and oil changes. Great deals and great choices for tires. A couple of months ago I had my carbon air filter checked and after that service my glove compartment was broken. When not locked in place the entire compartment falls out. I never had an issue with it beforehand. Another time I went in to have my oil change and tires rotated and during this service I asked them to check a noise coming from the front passenger side when turning the steering wheel. I was told I needed to have all of my shocks and struts changed that wouldve cost me $700+. However, I had them changed less than a year ago and got a second opinion. Turns out issue was just the one strut and strut mount which would have costed me way less than the quoted.

I went here once before for new tires and they stuck to their 59 minutes or less guarantee. I went here for an oil change and new wiper blades recently and this time it took forever. What was originally quotes at 45 - 60 minutes ended up being almost two hours. When we called over to pay as the mechanic was finishing up, they told us our battery was low. We opted to have them replace it, instead of taking it somewhere cheaper, because they said it would be done quickly. After all, they had already wrapped up the other services, right? I watched the mechanic through the window on and off while he took a little over 30 minutes to replace the battery. He then took an extra 10 - 15 minutes to replace the wiper blades, although that should have been done already. They dont do bad work here but they either move very slowly or are understaffed.

Didnt come out to tell me anything wrong with tires anything missing and parked my car in parking spot in stead of parking like everyone else by the door. They knew very well what they did to two lung nuts.and never told me till after i go to pay for my oil change. Yet they can go to other ppl and let them know whats wrong with there vehicle. The manager told me my one lug nut was swellon so i told that lug nut to another gatage to look at and told me that lug nut did not belong to my van and it wasnt swollen. What they did was strip two of my lug nuts and didnt replace it. And the other one the manager said missing. That is a straight up lie wen i sat rite there with todd oneil looking at the tires. I have been looking at the tires for over two weeks keeping an eye on them. And would always do a inspection of my tires.

I really dont want to give this location 1 star. My husband bought a tire balance and rotate package. When I brought it in they said they could rotate but could not balance. I called my husband who spoke to the manager and all of a sudden they could do both. I feel it was because Im a woman and yes I dont know anything about vehicles except to keep the oil changed. I have never liked this place and not sure why my husband chose to give them business but I know it will be the last. Do not take your vehicle here at all. Maybe their corporate will close this location.

What a wonderful experience! I called around 11:30 today, which is a SUNDAY, to see about getting my brakes done. I got there at noon, and they were already busy, but they still took me. The young lady at the counter was extremely nice, very professional, and kind. She kept me informed about how long Id wait, what needed to be done, cost, etc. The young man who did the work came out and talked to me, explained what all hed done. I had dreaded this, but it turned out to be a very positive experience! I HIGHLY recommend this shop! I am a new, loyal customer!

We brought our car in to have the brakes on the back end done. My husband drove it home and the back end was making a horrible noise. We brought it back and they argued that the sound was coming from the front. We then had to take the back seat down so you could clearly hear the sound coming from the back. We are here once again trying to get it straightened out. It would appear that something clearly was not done right and trying to get them to see what was wrong has been frustrating.

This location went from a 5 star location under JR, to somewhere I will never go to again. I wish I didnt buy the lifetime alignment package. Do not add work or trust them over the phone. if they say you need brakes look at the pads first. If they give you a quote check it with anyone else. Also Google the repair, make sure what they are not trying to get you to spend more than $1,000 for a part that does not exist on your vehicle.

Beware!! I took my Suv to have my struts checked out for front end noise. They gave me a ridiculous estimate and said that I needed brakes struts etc.. Total lies.... I just had my brakes and caliber replaced by the dealership 2 months prior. Once I got my car back I have all kinds of noises coming from my brakes front and back along with more popping. They claim they only removed the tires. Total BS....

Took my car in to have the brakes checked was told that I needed rotors and brakes all around plus fluid that the cost would roughly $700 and some change got a second opinion and all I needed was front pads total cost $75 thought that was unbelievable the way tiers plus handled me and I bought 4 new tiers from them a couple of months prior I will not recommend nor will I take my car back to a tiers plus

These guys are the best!!! I made an appointment with them and, on my way there, I busted two of the tires that I was on my way to replace. I was 30 plus minutes late to my appointment - an appointment that was supposed to be the last of the day - but this team still fit me in and, within an hour, I had new tires. They are really nice people, especially my technician Dominic.

They put tires on my cars twice that I didnt order. They mounted my tires backward, causing them to feather which I noticed because my car would easily hydroplane. The store management is awful and unreasonable. And the service guys need to be retrained. Good service starts at the top. Its bad when you cant spend your money in your own community. Should be called Liars Plus

They are only good for tires and oil changes. im a certified ASE technician that have a brother who took his car there for tires and a oil change . They tried to sell him unnecessary things one in particular that made me angry is trying to sell him an alternator that was perfectly fine and battery for about $900 they will try to rip you off beware And sound so convincing to
