DO NOT TAKE YOUR MINI COOPER HERE! We recently dropped our Mini Cooper Countryman off here to have it serviced. We had a noise coming from the rear end and wanted them to check it out. Our car was there for a week and $650 later we were told it was fixed. Actually had one of the techs tell us we could drive it to California and back without a problem (his actual words). The second we picked up the car the same problem we dropped it off for was still happening. So we decided to take it to Mini to find that it was a major problem and that ARI did nothing to fix the problem! Now $4k later we are actually getting our car fixed by MINI! They obviously have no idea how to work on MINIs and should have just told us that to begin with before we wasted our money/time! The problem isnt only that they didnt fix our car, the problem is they lied to us and told us it was fixed! This is not how you do business or how you gain customers confidence! MINI owners steer clear of this place at all costs!!!

On a trip from North Carolina pulling a camper. We arrive at the camp ground and the truck started leaking coolant. I called ARI to see if they get worked on diesel engines and they said not often and asked what was going on. I explained my situation and Billy said come on in and see what they can do. They got my truck in as quick as they could and found it to be the water pump had gone out. I was treated great just as every customer that came through the door. Being a part time mechanic I would bring my vehicle to ARI again. Not often you find an honest group of people that do great work and treat a customer as great as they did me.

Needed the fan motor for the cabin checked out on my 2006 Pontiac. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Also had been having a problem with the blend door on the re-circulate/fresh air adjustment. When they discovered that the actuator had been replaced by another mechanic a few months ago, they let me know that the part had a life-time warranty. They didnt have to do that. Couldve charged me for a new one and pocketed the money after sending in the warranted one. No one likes to deal with a broken car. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is, for me, the hardest part. Glad Ive got that taken care of with ARI.

ARI has serviced each of our vehicles across the entire family. They do not upsell, go out of their way to find used parts to save you money if you want, and really do seem like they look out for you. They are very upfront with whats worth fixing and what is fine. My Jeep makes a couple noises and leaks a touch of oil, but they told me I didnt need to fix it; that it was mechanically soild and wasnt worth what it would cost. Our entire family trusts them and appreciates how they treat us. My Jeep Cherokee has over 300,000 miles and my mothers Honda has over 160,000. Both are in top condition.

I BROUGHT MY TOYOTA COROLLA TO ARI,THEY CHECKED IT OUT AND FOUND THE PROBLEM,THAN THEY WENT ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND OUT THAT THE PROBLEM WAS COVERED BY TOYOTA WITH A 8 YEAR 80,000 MI WARRENTY.THEY PICKED ME UP LUNCH AND I WAITED FOR THE TOW TRUCK IN THEIR OFFICE,THEY EVEN CALLED THE TOYOTA DEALERSHIP FOR ME,THAN AFTER ALL THIS THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING,THE OWNER SAID TO JUST TIP THE MECHANIC. I WOULD RECEMEND ARI AUTO TO ANY ONE I HOPE MY CAR BREAKS DOWN SOON SO I CAN GO BACK TO SEE THEM(JUST JOKING) THANK YOU ARI

We have used ARI for years. I cannot say enough GREAT about this amazing business! Honest, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, fair, and they just go that extra mile for their customers. I know of many kind deeds done behind the scenes for young car owners ... single moms ... struggling people in need of a blessing. I took my car up there to have a tune-up, clutch replaced, and window is off trace.Got charged like $800, and my car is basically the same as when I brought it in.a tune-up and 1motor mount is all they did. I guess they forgot about window and clutch+my check engine light is still on.IF YOU WANT UR CAR FIXED DONT BRING IT HERE.
