Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to your store and a man named Donny who helped me. I know nothing about cars or motorcycles etc. but i was wanting to learn how to change the oil on my 650 scooter so i read the manual and watched some videos and headed to the store to find oil filter and oil that i needed. I first stopped at OReillys auto place because it came first on my drive, but the man inside was not nice at all and said he couldnt help me? The lady worker said they only had two workers. I think they didnt want to be bothered? I understand It might be a pain to deal with someone who is learning. So I went to the next store which was yours and the nice man inside helped me! he found the stuff I needed even showed me a video as we figured out what was needed (the manual didnt say what oil filter was needed) Anyway today my son came over and we changed the oil together and it wasnt hard at all and next time I think I can do it all by myself without paying $85.00 to have Suzuki Dealer do it! Again thank you, for your help and I signed up for the frequent shopper card thing and when I told my son about it, He said your store is the best one to go to and what I dealt with in that other store is why he dont use them for his car stuff and he always works on cars! Im looking forward to trying to work more on my Burgman Scooter. Sincerely Sandra
Would not honor warranty on a part bought in March. Then threatened us and was rude while giving us numbers to places to call that were closed to give us a run around so they didnt have to work with us. This was a manager that did this. Id recommend purchasing online from now on because the exchange policy is worse than online. Why even have a storefront. Would not recommend.
