Im going preface this by saying I deliberately didnt post this review after our first experience because I didnt want to hurt someones business, but I think its important people know what happened. First time in was for a brake job, new pads and rotors on the front. My wife picks her car up, they tell her she needs an alignment, which they cant do (for some reason?), so she makes an appointment for an alignment the next day at Belle Tire. Picks our two daughters up, drives home, then back the next day. Belle Tire rep comes out looking horrified because as he tells my wife, the front lug nuts were hand tightened. They literally fell off in his hand. ABC Auto Repair did a brake job on an automobile, and forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Its ridiculous that I even have to write that sentence. They literally didnt do the most important part of the job. Front wheels fall off, people die. In this case, that could have been my entire family. Now of course they were sorry. They handled it about as well as I could have expected, but that wouldnt have done me any good if something actually had happened. Now after this, my wife foolishly returned to them for an oil change (I told her not to). Every other garage I have ever been to, ever, has checked tire pressure and fluid levels. Not here apparently. The next day, she notices her car pulling to one side and her car overheats because there is no coolant. Coincidence Im sure, not saying ABC had anything to do with either thing, but they also didnt check either of those seemingly basic things. Now Im no mechanic or anything, but even I know you should A) put the wheels back onto a car when you do a brake job and B) check the fluid levels and tire pressure during an oil change. The second item is pretty minor in relationship to the first thing, but it just kind of adds to incompetence that ABC has demonstrated. Again, I think its important that I emphasize this. ABC Auto Repair didnt tighten lugnuts on the front wheels after a brake job. A brake job is basically: remove wheel, replace brake pad, put wheel back on. ABC Auto Repair missed a step in a 3 step process. A process that they should probably be familiar with since, you know, theyre an AUTO REPAIR place. You should be able to trust someone that works on your car, at the very least to be knowledgeable and capable in their field. Unfortunately, ABC Auto Repair proved themselves incompetent in a way that is completely unacceptable if not frightening. I cant emphasize strongly enough to avoid taking your car here.

Worst garage Ive ever dealt with in my 45 years of being alive! They are the opposite of organized to say the least, extremely rude, filthy even for the standards of a garage, unintelligent, no one seems to have knowledge of their products, and worst of all they dont understand that the customer comes first! I would never recommend this mechanic shop to anyone! STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A MECHANIC SHOP!!!! If I could give them a negative number for my rating I would but unfortunately one is as low as it goes

No other words than truly amazing. I went online made an appointment they called in the morning told me the Flint shop was busy, the owner called and said they could get me in at the grand blanc shop. I hit there at 930 they replaced my brake pads and rotors for easy less than I was quoted anywhere else and lightening fast I was back home before 11. Tom the manager was personable professional and courteous. You have a customer for life

I was referred to ABC Auto Repair by a friend. I thought I had nothing to lose by going there. BEST MOVE EVER!!! These guys know their cars! They are also very easy to talk to. Since I took my car in I have taken my kids cars in, all with reasonable pricing . Nothing unexpected .They even worked on my 1975 Classic show car . I very much trust them and will never go anywhere else! Thank you, Tom, and your guys for such AMAZING SERVICE!!

I hadnt been here in two years and Tom,the service manager , recognized me by face and my truck right away. I couldnt believe it honestly but was very refreshing. This is an honest shop with personal service, I would not hesitate to bring your vehicle here.

My friends always tell stories about getting riped off at repair shops, feels good to find an down to earth and honest guy running a repair! Absolutely fantastic services, literally walked out smiling after getting car repairs! Wont find anyone better!
