The Auto Center in Cleveland, GA damaged the oil plug on my vehicle; replaced the damaged oil plug with an oversized oil plug that did not fit, which subsequently damaged the oil pan and caused oil to leak in my drive-way. When I took the car to get the oil changed today, Steve, the manager, denied changing the plug last time I brought the car to the auto center. I have been using Walmart Tire & Lube for years and have never ran into this problem before. This is my daily driver guys, and even though the car isnt much, its what gets me from A to B but I will not be back.

Worst service I came for an oil change yesterday and they said they didnt have the staff to take care of my vehicle. I came back today, its seems like there is only one guy working and he is not interested in in taking anymore vehicles, the lady at the counter has no customer service skills, slightly rude, and is not in any kind of hurry to do anything. Walmart needs to hire more people before everyone takes their business elsewhere. I seen two people walk out to go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. Wouldnt answer phones. Even spoke to the Manager David. He didnt offer any more assistance and was even ruder. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING HERE. CORP WALMART NEEDS TO REVIEW THIS STORE!

Been twice to get tires mounted both times I waited almost two hours for them to say they "couldnt do it". Will never come back. This tire center is a joke.
