Worst customer service.... EVER! told me my car would be done in 1 day then called and told me they would get me a rental car then asked for my credit card number... really??? Then called me again and told me I needed this and this and that and my price went from 0-1,000,000,000 in 3 Seconds when I only went in for new brakes. Do NOT go here go to Belle tire or anywhere else. You are better off fixing your car yourself. I had to take it back twice after picking it up the first time because they didnt even do it right. Then the next time I went in to drop my car off for them to fix what they were suppose to the guy behind the desk was being so unbelievable rude to this poor little Asian man who didnt really understand him and he was telling him he needed all these parts he didnt need and he knew he didnt need them because he was someplace else before and they told him exactly what he needed then when the poor man asked for that mans business card he gave him someone elses card and yelled at him when he said thats not ur name. I hope this place goes out of business.

Horrible! Went in for an alignment was charged $50 dollars thinking it was reasonable. They seemed to have done it quickly. My steering wheel was crooked and the car was still pulling. I didnt really have time to notice. The next day I changed my front suspension and went back to complain. Even though you do need an alignment after you do your suspension they were completely unwilling to help me out on the price. They basically treated me like I was the one who was at fault. Ended up going to discount tire and getting better tires for the same prices (PRIMEWELLS which is firestones base model SUCK) blew through them in a year. Discount tire also has a coupon for NAPA ALIGNMENT $10 off. Paid $20 more at NAPA but they did a great job. No pull and straight wheel! BEWARE THIS PLACE AND THEIR LACK FOR YOUR VEHICLES WELL BEING!

I ordered my tires from the Tire Rack and had them delivered here as one of the recommended installers from Tire Rack. I showed up 2 hours early for my appointment and they said they could get to the tires within a half hour. 3 hours later in the waiting room... I looked inside saw my car on the floor with the mechanics sitting nearby. 10 minutes later I saw mechanic still sitting by my car still on the floor. I asked if it was done and after a quick check they said yes... I wonder how long I would have waited if I hadnt said something. A quick promise to talk to the employee, no apology, nothing but the bill and a comment that tire tack was a nice website...

I went to this Firestone for a quote on some front end repair work. After standing in the lobby for 10 minute without even a "hello" I was told the cost of the repair would be $520. Seemed high so I called my brother who is a mechanic in Ohio and was told a reputable shop should charge around $320-$360 for the work I needed. Left and drove across the street to Belle Tire and had it fix for $352. Cant comment on the quality of work they preform, but there prices are crazy.

I showed up on a Sunday around 2:30pm with a blown out tire on my car and the manager told me they were too busy to help me today and come back tomorrow when I could see 3 employees standing around in the garage. On top of that they couldnt lend me a jack or help me put on a spare I had with me. Too busy at 2:30 when they dont close until 5.

Came to the store about 6:10 PM and the guy in the lobby said I have to come in tomorrow morning because he has no one in the store to do a job. Why you guys advertising your business open till 7 PM if you just dont want to do simple job . You probably in the wrong business if dont want to serve customers...

Avoid this place. They did a great job of fixing my car, but not before doing unnecessary repairs to my car and charging me through the roof for them. Its a great place if you dont mind losing $700 when you could have spent $250

Said they closed at 5 but I get there at 4:30 to get a fixed flat and they would not serve me! Maybe I could have went somewhere else if I knew that!! Said they had been working hard and wanted to go home

Walk in and nobody acknowledges you.. Stand in line for half an hr for absolutely no service. I understand you have to wait, but there is just no customer service here.
