As a new resident in town I did not know where to take my vehicle to get a much needed oil change. I knew I found the right place when I came into Hensley and was welcomed by the friendly staff. The building was also very clean and comfortable while waiting. When my oil change was complete they explained everything in detail and made sure I was satisfied. This is the first time I can remember getting an oil change where the company didnt tell me something else was wrong or that other services were "recommended." I was very pleased and would definitely recommend Hensley for your vehicle services.

My family and I had driven 10 hours from Ohio to Georgia for me to be a bridesmaid at best friends wedding. Our car suddenly decided to start acting up around midnight the night before the wedding. Being from out of town and needing our car, this was a huge scare to us. My husband called Hensley the next morning and they got us in right away, fixed our brakes, and had us going hours before the wedding. Everything is working fine and the married couple is happily honeymooning with no interruption in wedding plans at all. Thank you Hensley Automotive!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to call them everyday for a week trying to get answers. Everyday they said they would call me and never did. Finally got the answer and they wanted me to jump through a ring of fire to get any customer service. This is sad because they used to be so good. When they lost their last manager everything went down hill. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I went to Kens place because I owed him a job from a service he did when he first met me back in July. He replaced my battery at no charge. He said "just come back when you need me again." I did and Im proud to recommend them to anyone with a service issue. They will diagnose the problem, give you a firm quote and let you make the decision.
