Took an hour and ten minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. And I had the only car in the shop! Sheet said my tires were checked at 35psi. My onboard monitor and manual gauge both showed 32, 37, 37 & 39. Sheet said washer fluid was topped off. Just under half full in reality. The lady at the counter, Nikki, was quite kind and helpful. And I got my service done right the first time, even though it took forever. Cost was very competitive.

Went to get an oil change today. It was fast and affordable. $10 cheaper than the usual. What gave the 5 stars is that they vacuumed my front 2 floor mats. I tried twice to do so and even put them in the Washing machine. So kudos to whoever went the extra mile. I didnt even expect it and would have paid them to if it was a charge because they did good.

This auto care center said that they couldnt do my oil change because they couldnt get the oil cap off! What kind of incompetent mechanics do they have working there that they cant get an oil cap off!

They always do a great job!! I may not like to shop at this Wal-Mart, but the tire department is great. I would recommend this place to anyone needed an oil change.
