I had a horrific 1st time experience at this FireHouse Subs located at 1300 west corporate ct in Lithia Springs Georgia. I pulled up to the drive thru window to sit and wait for 2 mins for someone to address me while 4 team members stood around talking... Once someone decided to do their job, a cashier came to the window. I specifically stopped to try out the $3.99 sub special and asked the young lady special and she handed me a menu and told me i could pick from anything in the middle section on white or wheat now that they have expanded their selection. I ordered a steak and cheese for $3.99 and waited another 5mins for my sandwich. Now when my sandwich came to the window it was brought by Eduardo and my receipt was for $5.56 which wasnt the special. I brought this to his attention and asked for the cashier or a manager to come to the window to fix it. Eduardo told me he was one of the managers closed the window and sent Tabria to the window who said she was a manager. I explained to her my problem and she just said the cashier was new and didnt know the pricing nor menu completely. I stated as a member of management Im expecting you to fix consumer complaints not blame it on your staff. She repeated the employee was new to which i repeated i was expecting a member of management to fix my wrong order. She got an attitude and issued me a refund with no apology. If that is the type and style of management Firehouse Subs thinks is ok to deal with everyday consumers...i say take your money else where because it is clear this location could care less your orders pay their salaries

I have frequently this location numerous times but had not been here in a few months due to a move. Today am very disappointed in the quality of the food and the managements approach to us voicing our concerns. We let them know we were sharing and in the past both got trays and the sandwich was cut very evenly. This was not the case today. But what was even more disappointing is the sandwich had at least half the volume of meat on it than it has had in the past. We have been brand loyal to Firehouse both because of your commitment to first responders and because of the quality of the sandwich. When we expressed these concerns to the manager she only waved off the concern with a that is just the way it is. We have visited with the owner in the past. Have both sandwiches for corporate events etc. That brand loyalty has ended today with this visit I am sorry to say. Very sad to see a place go down hill.

My mother and I ordered a steak and cheese sub and asked for lots of cheese but no onions. Not even kidding my mother actually said it 4 times "Lots of cheese, No onions please". We sat down to eat and when she opened the wrapper we were both pretty shocked to see it covered in onions and NO cheese. Shes pretty layed back so she said no big deal ill just take the onions off then she kindly asked for a piece of cheese and insisted on paying for it even though it was supposed to already be on there. Instead of letting her purchase a piece of cheese that was supposed to be on there in the first place, the employee insisted on arguing with my mother basically calling her a liar and refused to let her purchase a piece of CHEESE!!! LOL Needless to say we will not be returning which is really unfortunate because the steak was really good.

Weve been going to this Firehouse for about 6 months now. This is the best one Ive ever been to! Everyone is always so pleasant. As soon as you walk in the door, all you hear is "WELCOME TO YOUR FIREHOUSE!" You cant help but to be happy and speak back. :-) We went today and there was a slight mixup with our order. The guy accidentally took our food to another table. They made our sandwiches again and the manager came out and personally apologized, then gave us 2 coupons for free chips and drinks! That wasnt necessary because we were not upset(mistakes happen), but we surely appreciated the gesture and well certainly be using those as we frequent this establishment at least once a week. Great professionalism and customer service here!

I frequent this location, sometimes as much as 4 times a week. I have never experienced bad customer service here, even when issues arise with my orders which has only happened maybe twice in my years of eating here, the management has handled it excellently. The employees are always smiling and the managers are great! Oh and a great feature at this location is a drive thru pick up window for when you need to call ahead or dont want to get out of the car. Firehouse subs rocks and Im definitely a forever customer!

Firehouse Subs is pretty much my go-to restaurant for sandwiches. Their food is always really good, and I pretty much come here everytime I want a sub. The service is mostly really good, save for the couple times they really mess up my order, but other than that, Id recommend this place to anyone.

Despite the fact that it was the middle of lunch rush, the place was clean, the staff was friendly and the food good. I am not sure i have ever been in a place that busy with all the empty tables clean of trash and wiped down. Even the drimk station was spotless. I was amazed.

Came in on a weekday around lunchtime. The place was packed and there was a line. It took about 10 mins for me to get my sandwich but the staff were friendly. I enjoyed my sandwich and definitely recommend this location for anyone stopping by.

I love Firehouse, this one always has my order ready and waiting when I call ahead. There was a manager or supervisor I guess...he used to work at night; older slim white gentleman, he was always courteous with great customer service.
