This is the best Chick-fil-A Ive ever been to. First of all, it looks like Joanna Gaines herself designed it- gorgeous finishings, large windows, subway tile, etc. Second, there is a host there named Bill that takes your dining experience to the next level. What other fast food restaurant has a kind gentleman in a bow tie there to get you drink refills or whatever you need? He is such a nice man and we love seeing him there! Finally, the food is always delicious! Weve never had problems with any of our food. They have speedy service and accuracy. I go here with my kids nearly every Friday, often with a large group of other moms and kids. The kids play area is always very clean and their feet dont turn black from playing there like they do at other fast food restrauranys that will remain unnamed...

The Towne Lake location has the best service ever! I love the way they ask your name and then call you by name as they interact with you! Kaylee, shift leader is one of the BEST! She helped me one morning during an emergency. She allowed me to go home with my food because she did not want it to get cold, when I returned, she told me I did not have to come all the way back and pay! That was really good customer service and I will never forget her for such a kind gesture! When you talk to people about Chick-fil-a, its no longer the food they are talking about, its the excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! The other night I ordered meals for the whole family to bring home after work. I found that my french fries were missing, so I called in and expected to be able to get them the following day (since they were on the receipt). Andie, the lady on the phone, actually had someone come bring the fries to my house!!! It was above and beyond for sure. Love the service, love the food. I will definitely be revisiting thanks to Andie.

This location is a well-oiled machine! I barely have to stop as I cruise by the drive in window. They hold your food out the window before you even arrive there! They are on the ball. I am always impressed with their friendly, positive attitude toward customers and Chik-fil-A as a whole has an unbelievable advantage over most restaurants (even sit-down ones) when it comes to customer service.

For the most part any Chick-fil-A restaurant that you go to you will be treated well. Your food will be good, today my fries and my chicken sandwich were so hot I almost couldnt eat it. There is not another fast food restaurant that is as well trained polite and nice as the workers at Chick-fil-A restaurants. Thanks to Chick-fil-A for setting the bar High for other restaurants.

We always get such good service, and the food is good. My son, wife and I enjoy eating here. High chairs are clean and ready with a little plastic place mat you can stick to the tables. Very clean. If you are going to eat fast food, eat here. Very good quality. I dont easily give 5 stars, but weve eaten here often for the last few years and it has always been an enjoyable time.

The last three times I have been here there has been an issue with service. Once they got my order wrong, the second they forgot to give me something I ordered, the third I had to wait 20 minutes for a number one combo in a near empty restaurant. Im a big fan of the franchise, but this particular establishment does not seem to be run well

Everytime Ive been here its normally been around 8pm and the place is virtually empty. The food is always prompt without much of any waiting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The establishment is clean with clean bathrooms. They shut down the playground kinda early, but I understand someone has to clean it

chick-fil-A is a little more expensive than most fast food but the quality of food is much better, they always seem to offer good coupons in the mail and this location in particular has excellent service. Best lemonade anywhere!

Very good food with friendly employees that are always prepared and complete orders quickly.The only downside is the place is crowded and the parking lot gets filled quick, there is also a kids play place in the facility.

Waited about 15 minutes for my order , and when it came through it was a wrong order.I had to go inside and ask for them to change it ,they gave me dirty looks and the manager was rude AF and kicking people out

Great family environment, top notch customer service and addictive chicken sandwiches. Do not let the drive thru line wrapped around the building scare you, it moves very fast. Highly recommend this location.

The high schoolers take over this Chick-Fil-A. Be prepared to wait for food and a parking spot. Sometime I get the wrong order AND the teenagers like to hang around in the parking area. Not so good.

Nice location, but we ran into a major problem after dressing as cows on COW DAY. The problem was there were no nuggets in the kids meals when we got home to find they had only a toy and fries.
