Working with Mavis and her staff was amazing! She responded to my emails and phone calls in such a timely fashion it made it easy and delightful to plan the wedding. Her staff was so professional on the day of the wedding, my whole family had nothing but good things to say about them (they loved the bartenders because they were heavy-pourers! haha!) I was a little hesitant because I did not try any of the food before the wedding but trust me, I was not disappointed at all. My family is a bunch of picky eaters but they did not have anything to complain about. I highly recommend the Delish Dish to anyone and will recommend them to everyone looking for a caterer. Throughout the evening Mavis kept checking up to make sure my family and I were having a good time and if we needed anything. She is truly a caring person and I am glad that I had the honor of working with her and getting to know her.

Mavis catered our wedding on 5/29/2016 and it was wonderful! We had a small wedding (~60 people), and opted for a slider bar with multiple sides. All of the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable - Mavis and her team were so helpful and professional. She made sure everything ran smoothly. Our guests loved the food, and we got many compliments on it. She even helped us get the cake set up and ready to cut (and reminded us to get it out of the fridge at the end of the night!). In the planning stages she was so easy to work with, and very open to our suggestions and ideas. Her menu had many items and options to choose from (including vegetarian options, which was great for some of my guests!), and we loved that she makes everything from scratch. We absolutely recommend her 100%.

Mavis was amazing to work with! As a bride, its incredibly easy to become overwhelmed and consumed with the "To Do" lists that accompany planning a wedding. Working with Mavis and her team was such a breeze and never added the extra layers of stress that often come with outsourcing vendors. She was quick to reply (which is HUGE when planning), handled & scheduled meetings with my event coordinator throughout various points in the planning process, and she never once made me feel like I was asking too much. My wedding day would not have been the same without her and the Delish Dish team. In fact, multiple guests had taken the time to let us know it was the best wedding food theyve ever had. Shes unique, fun, and dedicated to making your day amazing! I highly recommend!!

The Delish Dish catered my Moms 60th birthday last weekend. I spoke with Mavis approximately a month prior to the event and she walked me through the menu and made some recommendations. I honestly did not know exactly what I was looking for, but felt at ease after hearing the great options she had suggested. Mavis was a prompt communicator and handled some last minute changes to the menu very well. The day of the party went off great. The guys showed up on time to prep and were super friendly. They prepared ceviche cups and tortellini skewers that looked and tasted amazing as highlights to an overall incredible menu. Would highly recommend.

Mavis not only can cater a meal for hundreds that feels like a home cooked meal, she has hundreds of items on her menus for you to choose from. Every step of the wedding planning process, Mavis was polite, helpful, and understanding. She talked to my mom (who had many many questions) like she was speaking to her own mother. The staff at Delish Dish were professional, timely, and stepped right in to help any guest that needed a hand. The Delish Dish catered the Engagement Party that I hosted. The menu was "brunch-themed" and the food was absolutely amazing! I loved the personalized assistance and great ideas that really made the event unique and special. All the food was delicious (no pun intended), but I highly recommend the ham, brussel sprouts and the bacon inspired cupcakes! Yummy. Also, the entire staff was professional, courteous and responsive. The took all of my stress and worry away and ensured the party went smoothly! I will definitely be using The Delish Dish for my next catered event!

The Delish Dish catered a brunch co ed baby shower for us this past weekend and the food was a hit. Since I had 35 people in attendance and not enough space to seat everyone while eating, Mavis made sure we had items that did not require knifes and could be eaten standing around in a cocktail setting. She was there timely, the food was hot and delicious and she attended for me at the party. We thoroughly enjoyed it and many of my guests asked her to cater their next event and took her card for future reference. Definitely will use her again.

AWESOME!!!! Mavis and her team catered a large family dinner for us and the food was delicious! If you havent had her Green Goddess Dressing, you are missing a treat! Our guests loved it all - Hummus, Sliders, Brownie/Raspberry treats, and more. On top of the wonderful food, the logistics were so easy. It was easy to order, pay, and delivery was right on time! Cant say enough good things!

I can be particular at times but Mavis gladly obliges which makes my job a lot easier! The Maple Espresso Pulled Pork Sandwich and Honey Soy Roasted Pork are among our favorites. And how can you resist brownie or cheesecake bites swirled with Mavis delicious jams for dessert?
