Personally, I am a great fan of firehouse subs. My family eats here quite often. The youngest order kids meals, they always add lettuce, tomato, etc. at this location and every other location. However, this time at this location we were told you are not able to add things to a kids meal. They were rude and unpleasant about it. I will not be returning to this poor customer service.

Poor communication from mangers. Kids meals "no longer comes with produce", per this location. The manager rudely stated that kids meals only come with meat and cheese. Will not be returning to this location. Will drive further to get better service or simply eat subway.

This of course is another awesome location for firehouse! They treat people really well and are well managed. I eat here every time Im in the area and am always satisfied!

Extremely great staff here. One employee recognizes us every time we come in just after a few visits. Great sandwiches. I like the NY Steamer with their spicy BBQ sauce.

First time Ive been to a Firehouse. Their Italian is very good. Busy during lunch hour, but theyll get you in and out in enough time to get back from lunch.
