TRASH!!! T&G Plumbing is trash. My home warranty company dispatched them. Dale showed up on time; however he was totally lost and had no clue what he was doing. Couldnt figure out why we had no water pressure so he replaced a brand new PRV, probably because it was covered under the HSA. Then he tried to charge us for replacing a brand new PRV that was under warranty. Dale came out twice and made NO progress at all. I ended up getting an independent contractor he figured out the problem in 15 mins LOL! Do not use T&G!!!!

I called T&G one day and got service the VERY next morning. The guys who arrived on site were friendly, & knowledgeable. They checked my plumbing from head to toe & I am extremely satisfied with the service these two provided to me. I will definitely be handing out their business cards to any and all friends and family. Worst company ever! Dale the plumber is extremely rude. Do not use this company if you want to receive respect. They spout off unmentioned fees and when you ask questions about what the charges are for you get cussed out. Ive been working in real estate for 10 years and Ive never had this happen just from asking what a fee is for. Seriously being cussed out by someone/company representative because we asked a question while we were calm just wanting to know what the charge was for is unacceptable.
