Terrible company and owner. We used Morris M. Plumbing while doing some renovations. Mr. Rick Morris caused damage to our house. The main damage was to a wall that he knocked a 3ft whole in. Smaller damages were to our floor. He promised to repair the damages but did not. Rick talked us out of pulling a permit for the plumbing by saying it would save us tons of money but assured us that he would do the work to code. He did not do the work to code. We paid him to install a brand new water heater. A year later we learned that per code he was supposed to install a expansion tank on the water heater. He did not. Per code he was supposed to install the water heater OFF the floor on a stand. He did not. Unfortunately, I didnt know of any of this before we paid him in full. Rick Morris also had a very bad attitude. He was very aggressive when questioned about his timeline as he took 2 weeks longer to complete the work than he originally agreed. I was so ready to be rid of him that I paid him in full via PayPal before doing a walk thru, assuming damages had been resolved as he told me he was complete. Big mistake! Needless to say the work wasnt complete. He repaired no damages, and left the shower and faucets disconnected. I called him on it. He said he would come by to address and never did. I tried getting my last payment back using PayPal but unfortunately PayPal does not get involved with payments for "services" only merchandise. I ended up filling a lawsuit, which I won. Mr. Morris didnt even have the integrity to show up at court. And you guessed it, he has not paid on the judgment. I wouldnt recommend this guy to my worse enemy.

Mr. Morris came to inspect a leak that was occuring in my dining room ceiling. Within 5 minutes he determined the leak was coming from the bathroom directly above my dining room. He found the problem stemmed from a worn out wax ring on my toilet. He fixed the problem and my husband and I were very pleased. As a precautionary measure he returned within one week to check the wax ring on my master bathroom toilet and replaced it as well. I was very pleased with his level of professionalism. He was punctual, very knowledgeable, approachable and took time to explain what was wrong and how he could correct the problem. He even gave advice on preventive measures to take in the future. His pricing was affordable for the level of work that was performed. I feel comfortable recommending his services to my friends and family, and even to a complete stranger. He stands behind his work and does it right the first time. That is important to me because in times like these nobody has hard earned money to throw away. Kudos to Morris Plumbing and Sewer services, if there were more like him in the business there would be less to worry about in the time of an emergency. I would rate the service as 5 Star or Excellent!

Mr. Morris has repaired two water leaks at my home. His first visit to my home was for a water leak outside the house. I called Mr. Morris after another company had given me an outrageous repair quote, but could not tell me the location of the leak. Mr. Morris came out and found the leak immediately and completed the repair quickly. Not only did he do a good job in repairing the leak, the cost was 100% less than the previous plumber estimate. His work and professionalism was outstanding and for that reason I used his service again today for a major leak inside the home to discover water was spraying from the top of the water heater. The water heater had burst and he gave me an affordable estimate that included the cost of a new water heater and a new pressure regulator and pipe. Once again he did a great job and I am now a loyal custom with Morris Plumbing and Sewer.

I am true skeptic of using people from the Internet, but after reading the reviews my first thought was "could these be fake?" After reading a few of them I knew that they were real. Mr. Morris was very professional and answered my questions confidently. I went with my gut and intuition an I was not wrong! I gave him a call and he offered to meet with me the same day. Mr. Morris arrived at the time that he said he would even though it was slightly raining. He took one look at my problem, which was with some underground piping that needed to be repaired, he said he could fix it the same day. I am very happy customer and will definitely refer anyone to use his services. His prices are fair. They wont turn you away. I would like to say THANK YOU MR.MORRIS!!!! You truly saved my water bill!

We called Mr. Morris on Christmas Eve concerning several plumbing issues we were having. He answered his phone by the second or third ring and agreed, without hesitation, to come to our house that evening to provide us with a consultation. He and his helper worked extensively over the next 2 days to help us with a very long list of plumbing issues. He was fast and dependable. In addition, he was very honest about the pricing, and I felt that he made a great effort to find products/parts that were quality, but that would not break the bank. I really appreciate all the effort he made to do everything with such a quick turn around, especially considering the large number of guests that visited our house during the holiday season. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES AGAIN WITHOUT QUESTION!

I will definitely be using again and certainly recommend his work wholeheartedly. I know repairs and maintenance are a part of home ownership. However, I sometimes dread having to do certain projects for fear of not finding the right person for the job. However, this was not the case with my plumbing. Mr. Morris is committed, hard-working, honest, flexible and fair! I appreciate all these qualities in anyone that I entrust to make repairs and invite in my home. Thank you very much Mr. Morris! Update: As per previous review above, I was well pleased with the initial work. However, currently disappointed with follow through on warranty of work after problem arose again. Reached out in Jan. and was promised a visit to look into. Needless to say follow up never occurred.

I called Mr. Morris at 5:30p pm Sunday, 8/10/214. I explained to him my problem and he quoted me a price that I couldnt afford at the time. I told him what I had, he accepted, and he told me he would see me in an hour. An hour later, he was at my home and went straight to work. He told me what the problem was and only charged me 1/2 of the cost he accepted. Mr. Morris is thorough, reasonable and understanding. The problem was bigger than expected and the cost is more than I expected, but he quoted me a reasonable price for the work that needs to be done. I will definitely be using Morris Plumbing and Sewer again. Thank you Mr. Morris.

For the record Mr. Rick Morris and I are not related. I was looking on the web for a plumber that was close to my area. After scrolling thru other plumbers I came across Ricks and thought he might be good since we both had the last name. I needed some work on my bathroom toilet as it was flushing on its own. Rick came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I also mentioned to him that my garbage disposal was broke. He said he would take a look at it and he had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend him. His prices are reasonable and I very satisfied. He is a 6 star!!!
