Fast service, however, way overpriced. $250 to tighten a nut under the toilet. Follow up to Mr. Daniels response: Youre absolutely right, Mr. Daniel, potential customers deserve to know. I did agree to the $165 diagnosis fee, so basically you charged me $85 to tighten a nut under the toilet tank. You initially thought it was condensation, which I told you it was not because there was a puddle around the shower and toilet. With this information, you turned on the shower and removed the shower drain, there were no other fixtures to check out as you claimed. I also told you about my replacing of the valve inside the toilet, and with this information, you checked the toilet and found the leak. At this point, you told me it would be $250 to fix to which I agreed. Then you told me its the nut under the tank, its loose causing the leak. You see, when someone needs to call a plumber, most likely theyre in a dire situation. They need the leak to stop and they need it done asap. No one wants water damage. Its not like calling an electrician or a painter, where they would usually have the time to research and shop around. I googled, you were in the area and available so I agreed to the repair right then and there. Hence, my honest review of "fast service". However, at the end of the day, you feel justified in charging someone $85 to tighten a nut, a job that doesnt require extra man power or additional supplies, just a flashlight and wrench, taking no more than 5 minutes, 40 min total, and this is your choice, as it is my choice to leave a review of my opinion of your service being overpriced and my choice not to call you for further business. My review was honest and fair. I did not assume to know your thought process, but since you want to know mine, the only thing I am mad at myself about is not waiting for my usual plumber, because he is an honest plumber who doesnt price gouge.

We had an old main water line that deteriorated and one evening it burst. Daniel and his team took my call that evening and first thing in the morning was at my house to get my water restored. Where most would simply cut through the concrete walkway to access and replace the entire old line, he patiently dug out underneath my walkway so that we can preserve it. It was important to Daniel to not only provide exceptional workmanship but also to consider my property and how to protect it. Progressive Plumbing may not be the cheapest (and they are most certainly not the most expensive either), but as it works in life, you get what you pay for and more often than not going cheap may end up being more expensive in the long run. Progressive Plumbing is my go-to plumbing company. Period!

Dishonest and overpriced. Was quoted as saying, "Im $200 less than the competition...." With my house taking on water, I engaged him to do the work, I went to work and finally had a chance to get some quotes from the "competition"; they were all at least $400 less than his bill. His other comment, "well you can get a Mexican to come with a bottle of coke and a burger to do cheap work for you....."

I called on Infamous Irma day and Daniel came out when others were not even replying (wasnt expecting him until next day). I had a back flow issue, he assessed things, laid alternatives out, risks, costs, etc. We agreed, he came back next day and fixed things up. All in all very happy with service, consideration and honesty. Recommended.

Fast response, courteous, and reasonable pricing. He came out at lunchtime (an hour after I called) to look and give me a quote. I gave him the word to move forward with the work (a new prv, water heater, and expansion tank) and he was at my door at 8am the next morning to do the job, which was done by 10:30am.
