Fantastic! A truly honest owner who is not out to make money off your bad luck. He does the job well, does it right, in a timely manner, with a smile and a sense of humor. Hes happy to do all of a job or work with you after you do some of the work. Wont use another plumber until hes retired - which I hope is a long time away.
