Several weeks ago, I contacted this company to have gas appliances reconnected after flooring work. I specifically stated I wanted the gas flex hoses to be replaced at that time.The first person sent out left one in place despite having these same instructions given to him on site. Still havent gotten the requested follow up call from the owner. In all fairness to the second person who came out: he was courteous, professional, and did the requested work quickly. Ill update based on any further contacts. Telling me I didnt really "need" to have the seven year old gas flex hose replaced after the worker left without doing was an example of what Ive been told while attempting to get in contact with the owner about the experience. Updated from one to three stars, and to add: Ive talked to the owner, who stated hell talk to the first tech about the visit. Right after, I made sure the account was settled and spoke to a customer service rep who had been less than professional before. This time she had upgraded her attitude to a sort of saccharin sneer, so he may have talked to her as well. Looks like your mileage may vary depending on who you get.

I called up Keith McNeill on a Saturday because I had a leaky water line as indicated by the water meter. I wasnt sure if they were still taking calls on a weekend, but the woman I talked to assured me that they were still operating, and someone would be in contact with me shortly. A while later one of their plumbers called and I spent about 10 minutes talking with him about how to identify the problem and reduce the amount of work they would need to do. He also told me that if it wasnt an immediate emergency I could wait till Monday and get a lower rate ($98/hr instead of $148/hr). I thanked him and said I would call back Monday. $0 spent so far and probably the best customer service Ive ever gotten. I met up with the plumber around 4PM today (Monday) and we were able to identify the problem after a little digging. He was even able to answer numerous questions about running a new line and the steps I could do myself to avoid an expensive repair. He was probably there about 80 minutes but only charged me for the hour. I will definitely be using Keith McNeil to complete the job and for future plumbing problems.

Just received exceptional service! Had septic and plumbing problems all within days of hurricane Irma coming to Tallahassee. After the storm my septic company Big Bend Septic Informed me not only do I have septic problems but plumbing problems as well. They recommended Trey Hyatt for my plumbing. I found out through calling that Hyatt had just merged with McNeil plumbing. McNeil sent out a young plumber named Taylor. He was so kind and knowledgeable! He saved me!!!! Taylor worked fast and hard. Super courteous! I know they saved me money because hes so fast and thorough. He even cleaned up all his messes too! If all the plumbers are like Taylor then I highly recommend them! Thankful I called!

There were two plumbers. They were fairly unfriendly, and didnt seem to care really. They incorrectly identified the water heater as being 10 years older than it actually was. I was charged $95 for a 20 minute visit for them to tell me I had a bad water heater. I understand minimum costs, overhead etc - but truly that is ridiculous. The guy also fed me a load of crap about regulations, which I have since discovered were false. I received a postcard in the mail two weeks later thanking me for my business, and asking me to please tell everyone I know about McNeil. This review will simply have to suffice.

Best Plumbing Company in Northern Florida Hands Down! I have had them come to my residence to do work. The workers are always friendly and know what they are talking about. I was unsure if I was getting the correct information, so I shopped around. I had asked other plumbing companies the same questions and would get a portion of the answer that McNeil had told me. When I asked if it could be also what McNeil had said they would say, that is also the problem. They would go on and ask if I was a plumber. I have used Keith McNeil for my company as well and have never been un-satisfied. Thank you

Mr. McNeill came out to my house to give me a quote for a water heater installation. He came out and seemed very knowledgeable and courteous. He said I would get a formal quote the next day. Well three days rolls around no word, I e-mail Mr. McNeil(still no reply). On the fourth day my wife makes a call to the main line to leave a message with the person who does the quotes(no call back from that). I call a few days later to see about the quote and leave a message(no call back from that). I gave up, and now I have wasted a lot of my time chasing this.

Why would you use anyone else? I have beat my head against the wall with other contractors promising but not delivering. Keith McNeill Plumbing delivers...PERIOD! If you want it done right, at a fair price and all your expectations met, call Keith McNeill Plumbing. Within days I had a site visit, estimate and work completed on a total re-pipe of my home. I needed help at a rental and McNeill sent Chris to look at the problem, which he did and I spoke to him right away to order the work done even though the price seemed unreasonably high. That was all I got. They have five women in the office and after 10 days and many phone calls no one could tell me why my order to repair the problem was lost and was not done. Needless to say, I have had to move on and will not rely on them again.

Well, they charge based on the time they spend on your pluming. So they can slow down and ask for extra money. The guy who checked my house was so unprofessional. He requested 200 dollars and told me he couldnt find out the problem, unless I pay more for his time to find out the problem. That is ridiculous. Plus, I called them and the lady talked with me was so impatient. The worst experience I had in Tallahassee.

Beware, do not use this company!!! They charged me $423.34 to solder a single copper pipe that was exposed and easily accessible. They requested my credit card number, which I provided, since they seemed like a reputable company, but Im sorry I did that now. I still have not received a bill from them. Ive called their office nine times, and now they are avoiding my calls. Beware, do not use this company!!!

Called in reference to a plumbing residential incidence; I was given an estimate over the phone as well as a window of time when the plumber would be arriving at my residence. Another phone call advised the plumber was on his way, arriving substantially more quickly. Service was fast, effective, and reasonably price; meeting my expectations based on the receptionists quote. Fixed in twenty minutes.

Wow they are fast and do get it right the first time. My water heater had a leak and 2 bad valves. I got home just a couple minutes after Slade and Jeffrey got there and they had already found the leak, had the bad pipe and valve off and were preping the new pipe for installation. Took less than an hour for the whole job and charged less for the parts than I could have gotten them for myself. Thanks guys.
