I called bluefrog Plumbing + Drain after our toilet broke last week. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the plumber (Melvin) who showed up promptly to fix it. He immediately greeted me with smile upon his arrival. He was quite honestly one of, if not, the nicest service providers Ive ever had over to my home. Although unnecessary, he put on shoe covers as to not track in any dirt. Melvin was extremely respectful and fixed our toilet within a timely manner. Moreover, he noticed that our water pressure was higher than normal after checking and politely asked if he could check the plumbing throughout our home. After checking, he asked if I had time to discuss the items he checked. We not only had high water pressure that could potentially cause a pipe burst, but there was also a small leak in one of the pipes. Melvin suggested that we fix this as soon as possible to prevent any future, potentially catastrophic damage. However, at no time did he make me feel pressured into spending additional money to address this issue as other plumbers have done in the past. I was extremely pleased with the reasonable cost of fixing our toilet as well as the price quote for the additional work for the preventing any future issues. Overall, I highly recommend bluefrog for all of your plumbing needs. Their service and professionalism can not be beat by anyone in the business. They are an absolute delight to deal with and their service is outstanding! Best plumbers in Atlanta without a doubt!

We had a late-night house emergency on the first day of moving into our new home, and bluefrog came within the hour to help us!! Melvin was extremely helpful and went above and beyond when it came to fixing our plumbing issue. One of our favorite things about bluefrog plumbing is that their dispatcher sends you an e-mail with the plumbers photo and contact information when they are en route! This made us feel very comfortable, especially after hours! Id highly recommend bluefrog, and we will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs!

I can not say ENOUGH about this company. Steve is a fantastic tech!! Prices are reasonable Very friendly, two notices (phone call & email with Techs pic) sent to you to keep you up to date on arrival. My fix was small, but he recommended a repair that could have been extremely costly with damages, if pipe ruptured. Savings as well on water & gas bills. Scheduled for tomorrow. Then I get an amazing phone call from Jodi, hes coming back tonight!!! Great company for sure!!!!

Prompt response. Professional staff. Made sure not to track dirt or debris into the house and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. I was impressed with the documentation of the inspection and the extension of the discount to a future homeowner. Good communication and I felt they really wanted a satisfied customer.
