Discovery Point in Loganville has taken care of both of my children. My son started there when he was 6 weeks old and was put on a heart/lung monitor for precautions. Discovery Point allowed me to continue to work and not worry about his care. Since that time our daughter has joined Discovery Point in the toddler room. WE LOVE IT. She is comforted not only by her fabulous teacher, Melissa, but there are other teachers that come in and help throughout the week and I never have to worry. I am able to go to work in PEACE. I appreciate all they do for our family. Last but not least, it is always nice to have the ladies throughout the center to speak to my children and myself when we come to the center. If you are looking for childcare, this is a wonderful place!!!

First the good - the building is newer and clean. The not so good - the teachers are either retired cranky mean children hating ex-nuns (thats my description) or high school girls. (Actually they seem nicer) Initially our children enjoyed going now they cry when we drop them off. Its very sad. The accidents are alot! They have had many bruises. Yes, they have a boo -boo report when this happens but the excuses have NEVER been - "the children were not being supervised so they were dancng on the table and fell off. Instead, it has been "they were nudged off the table by another child (who was also trying to play on the table)". We talked with the owner (Evie) but nothing has improved! We are looking elsewhere! This location is NOT recommend.

I totally agree that the building is newer and very nice but I totally regret letting that influence my decision to take my child there. My child had a problem with biting and instead of helping me fix the problem (we only have one child so we never witness the biting so we cant exactly punish him after he gets home) they made me leave work early to get him and told me he wasnt allowed back. this was after being there a week! when i came to get him they didnt bring me all his belongings. i believe they still have his change of clothes the week he was there he was a total different child. didnt want to sleep or play. thank heavens we found a new daycare that is working with him [: discovery point is def not recommended.

My family has been a part of Discovery Point in Loganville for a little over 2 years. We have been extremely pleased with the service & the care that they provide. My youngest daughter started when she was 6 weeks old, (which is scary!) but the caregivers in the infant room always made us feel comfortable while she was in their care. She is now in the beginners room & she has so much fun that somedays she wants to stay & play when I pick her up! :) We have attended a few parties that have been held for the families, including a fundraiser for a baby in need of a transplant. They truely care for their clients & of course, the children there. I definitely would recommend this center for your children. :)
