January 24, 2017 I went for the first time to get my hair blow out, when I arrive the owner Marisol took me right away. I ask her if she was familiar with black natural hair she said yes, as well a client that was in her chair said yes. She was very nice,she shampoo 3 times and condition then put me under the dyer. Now once I was finished my hair smelled terrible, (burnt and like a chemical)! I then headed to pick up my daughter from school, when she got into the car she says HI MOM... the car smells bad. I said I know it is my hair. Over, the next few days I slept with my hair cover with satin scarf and each morning had to wash it and my pillow my entire bedroom and bath smelled terrible. So finally January 29th 2017, I could not take the smell anymore I got into the shower to wash my and when the water hit the smell was stronger and my hair started falling out, I mean running down my shoulders and my scalp wash itching and burning. Now, I wash my hair with the same products that I have use for a solid 5 years, still falling out. Then, I rinse and wash again... By now I am freaking out and healthy and natural for just over 5 years and now all my hair is going down that drain! Later, that night I try to rinse again with water, still coming out in chunks! So, later on my husband went to purchase a neutralizing shampoo and what was left on my head was really hard, after I used it but my scalp stopped burning and itching. So, this being said the Stylist (Marisol) I am sure put a chemical into my hair without my knowledge and then finished by burning it out!!!! It has been 5 washes with neutralizing shampoo as of today January 31, 2017 my scalp is still very irritated. I pray this post helps protect others to avoid such heartache! FYI, I have had other blowout at Dominican salons, it was fine and healthy after! This was just a bad stylist taking short cuts and bad products while being deceitful!!!!

The experience was great and my hair looked nice. Unfortunately when I washed my hair it was still super straight and I lost chunks of hair. My curl pattern has not returned to its original state and its been two months. To this day I still have patches of straight hair. I would not recommend this place to people with natural hair, but if you have a perm go for it.

Hadnt been here in a couple of years, however I decided to schedule an appointment to have my daughters hair done for her birthday. As always the ladies are wonderful and do their best to make you comfortable. Its the best place to get a wash and wrap in the area! Ladies it doesnt matter how curly your hair is you will walk out with it being "bone straight".
