SUBSTANDARD customer service! I politely requested a wash and blow dry of my shorter hair and asked that my hair be dried straight and smooth. OMG, "Sally" made my hair a frizzy mess. The manager came over and asked how it was going, since I was obviously miserable in that chair and VERY frustrated at that point. I was seriously considering just walking out with my hair looking like hell, just to get out of there. Sally starts sobbing after I explained my frustration (NOT in ANY way meanly) to the manager. Frankly, the woman either needs a great deal more training and/or to find another line of work. Rather than crying, how about further education and/or better tools? Or maybe even a career change? If I could leave zero stars I would. WHAT MADE IT WORSE: Instead of nicely asking me "How can I make this right?", the manager said: "Shes (Sally) working really hard to give you what you want." Then she kept offering her opinions about what she thought about my hair. What I wanted was SO simple: Just a wash and a blowout relatively straight. I do not have super curly hair. Maybe a tiny bit of a wave, but thats it. The manager was MUCH more interested in siding with her co-worker and giving me grief than in being polite and trying to give me excellent customer service. I NEVER try to get freebies by being a jerk. It is not what I do, nor will it ever be. They should have offered a freebie in this instance. But they charged me the full price and as the manager was handing me my change, she really had a bad, mean attitude. I was never impolite or rude in any way, nor did I ask for ANYTHING that ANY reasonably competent hairdresser would easily be able to deliver. But not this place. Too bad I can never comfortably return there, because the location is relatively convenient for me. But that is the only thing good I can say about this place.

Super experience thanks to Sally and Melanie. My first visit here started with a warm greeting followed by a professional haircut. The store is clean and in a convenient location. Overall Sally and Melanie were friendly, courteous, and professional. I will recommend this place to friends and family. Super haircut... Scott.

Although I mainly have my hair cut my the manager, Dana, the whole staff at Supercuts has done a really nice job each time I come in. Really friendly and even suggest new styles for me to try. Ive been coming here for almost a year and will continue to do so!
