I have been struggling for the right haircut. All of these box stores give me a cut that seems to take 5 minutes and come out the opposite of how I described. But I went to fantastic Sams in brighton and saw Ann Deater and she changed my perception of stylists altogether! My cut was EXACTLY what I wanted! My wife loves it and its great to work with someone that cares and knows what theyre doing. I will go back time and time again to see Ann. Great place, but make sure you ask for Ann!

First time going there and definitely will be going back! I forgot the name of the woman that did my hair but she was a short, skinny, blonde woman and I really wish I could remember her name because she did an awesome job on my hair. I had about 6 inches cut off, she added in layers and just made it so healthy and cute! Definitely will recommend to anyone and everyone! Definitely will be back!

Dont ever let them wax your eye brows they have no idea how to use wax my eye brows turned out horrendous then they have me come back and tell me theres nothing worng with them theres a huge arch in one and the other is rounded they wont refund my money after clearly seeing they were messed up i will never go to this shop again horrible if i could give them no stars i would

I would not recommend this place to anyone. $30 to simply trim my split ends, which may have been worth it if the woman had actually done what I asked. All she did was yank my hair and make some spots shorter than others, but I still walked out with split ends. Id say they need more experienced professionals.

We have used and recommended this Fantastic Sams since it opened at its original location. (25+ years?) Convenience has led me elsewhere from time to time. But I always return for the great haircut and great value. Its never been a surprise to me to see the awards they consistently earn year after year.

Got two colors done by Lauren and she hit the shades PERFECTLY. Then she cut it for me after and I let her have creative freedom. SO glad I did. Best hair cut and color Ive ever had....now I wont go back unless I can see her!

Ok, if you work hard to earn every dollar in your pocket, then this is a salon for you. They do a wonderful job, always give a great shampoo, and take their time to listen and do a great cut.

Angela did my hair, ombré/bayalage and its absolutely beautiful. You cant tell where one color ends and the other starts. I highly recommend her if thats what youre looking for

90% of the time this is the best salon around. Theyve got one or two bad apples, which they usually get rid of when someone brings it to their attention.
