Called in advance to see if they know how to do African American hair and I was told in a delightful voice, "YES, we absolutely do!" . Asked for a tapered haircut and the lady screwed it up. She took down the sides TOO low and ended up not even doing the same look that was shown to her upon arrival, and throughout the haircut. Never going to this place again.
