I got the worst haircut of my life from here. Ironically, my mothers haircut was absolutely wonderful-- I wish Id gotten her stylist. But if you ever go in there and theres a stylist with red hair and a purple streak in it-- I think her name is Adria-- DO NOT let her do your hair. Let me tell you what this lady did to my freaking hair. I prefer a pixie cut of sorts, right now, but Im generally pretty nonchalant about my hair, so I let it grow out a bit before I get it cut. Basically, as soon as my bangs start annoying me. This woman MANGLED my bangs. I thought afterwards I mustve ticked her off somehow. The right side of my bangs were totally blunt fringe, straight across. The bluntness ended with a GIANT GAP in my bags. Seriously. Humongous. No amount of fussing and prodding could hide it. There was just a chunk of hair in the middle of my forehead that was... gone. And to top that off, the bangs on the left side were longer than all the rest. By nearly half an inch. You thought that was all? HAHA, I WISH. Later I asked a friends dad (hes a hairdresser as well) to fix it as well as he could. He turned me around, handed me a mirror, and showed me an ENORMOUS BALD SPOT on the back of my head, near the bottom of my hairline. He had to shave a solid inch off the bottom of the hairline on the back of my neck, and that DIDNT EVEN HIDE ALL OF IT. That was just as much of it as he could take off without it looking ridiculous. STILL NOT DONE BY THE WAY. IT GETS BETTER. The hairdresser deliberately hid the bald spot from me. You know how hairdressers will hand you a mirror and then spin you so you can see the back of your head? Well, she didnt do that. She held the mirror herself-- and she held it too high for me to see all of my head. I didnt think much of it at the time, but-- I couldnt see all of my hair. I TRIED to. I leaned up in my seat trying to see the rest of it, and she wouldnt let me. Again, this was not a little bald spot. It was enormously, egregiously, obvious. And she a) somehow PUT THAT THERE, b) DELIBERATELY HID it from me, presumably so that I wouldnt burst into tears in her chair. Ive never left a bad review on anything in my life-- I wasnt even going to leave a bad review for this, when it was just those godawful bangs, but I cant get over the fact that this woman shaved a bald spot into the back of my head and then deliberately tried to hide that from me. I PAID FOURTEEN DOLLARS FOR THAT BALD SPOT, COME ON . The absolute cherry on top? (Yeah, theres still more.) The rest of the haircut was ridiculously shoddy. A little rough around the edges is one thing-- this was not rough around the edges. The back of my hair-- once I got over the bald spot-- looked terrible. Generally with short hair, you want a nice, blended cut in the back. Well, this woman had apparently never heard of that, because the back of my hair was cut in weird, flat little chunks. It looked more like shingles on a roof than anyones hair. And the sides were similarly awful, and-- AND-- when I got up close, there were random longer hairs sticking out. Not like one. Several. Basically she didnt do a single thing right. I dont know why shes a hairdresser. Its possible she recognized me from a past life where I, like, shot her dog or something. Again, this is all made all the weirder for me by the fact that my mothers hair came out looking great. Better than ever.

Ive been going here for a year and Im never disappointed. Good service and they all have good attitudes. I am terrible at remembering names but its pretty consistent on who works there so you can get in a good groove with someone you like. I have a couple favorites but Ive yet to have a bad haircut from any of them.

With no other customers in there. I walked in to get a cut. People seemed nice. But the lady that cut my hair rushed thru it and was done in 10 min. When I got in the car, I found patches of hair that she missed to cut. On the way to another barber shop now. They make my top 5 list for worst haircuts.

This was my 3rd and probably my last visit to this location. This 3rd haircut was the worst ever. Needless to say the ladies dont seem to stay there very long and then you have to cross your fingers that whom you DO get will do a good job.

I have never had a bad haircut at this salon! I love Adria and I will wait for her. I bring my elderly mom her too! Adria seems to understand what I want for look and does amazing job each time!

This location is awesome!!! The manager Kim really knows her stuff and the atmosphere is really energetic and fun. My whole family comes here and will continue to do so. Wonderful!

told them i wanted my sides faded, got a buzz cut that took 2 minutes and cost me $15. worthless. i have clippers at home i dont need to pay for a b.s. buzz cut, no skill.
