I went in this salon today with my sister. We were turned down at another salon but here they let us right in and we were taken back within 5 minutes. My sister said she loved her stylist and that she did a great job. She used an online coupon so she got an amazing deal on a cut! She also said that she will continue to go to this salon from now on as oppose to the one we tried to go to. My stylist was Alma, or so it says on my receipt, and she was wonderful! I wanted to try a different style, and she worked with me on how much to cut it for my hair to look great (I had some bad split ends), she talked with me about how she will cut my hair in a way that will look more like the picture (I have fine hair and have been told many times by stylists that "my hair just wont do that"). She also taught me how to style it the way my picture shows, and gave me many other styling tid-bits and secrets! Then at the end, the salon had a great deal on some shampoo and conditioner sets, and she picked one out for me that would go best with my hair type. I have already taken many selfies and have been looking at my hair very often in the mirror! I am tucking away my receipt so I can pull it out again when I need to remember her name for next time! P.S. My receipt comes with money off for my next cut and a coupon to the Java House (next door to the salon).

DO NOT GO HERE and to Amber. Some girl 1.5-yrs out of a Livonia beauty school did not learn anything. Could not follow the pictures I brought in of Pierce Bronson. Went snip snip snip to right side then did a comb over instread of cut-layering the hair. Had to ask for my sides cut above the ears and had to trim it all out when I got home. Never provided a mirror so I could see the back. I thought these cutters had to do a cut before being hired there? She said, I know what Im doing, hell NO find another profession, girl. Un-even back, frizzes not cut. Cut the top un-even there were spikes when I showed her from the side with my own fingers. Cut the top so low it got down to my gray roots, how stupid. Some people are not made for this profession cause they do not have the talent for it. DO NOT GO THERE. STUPID RECEPETIONIST. Should have never left a tip let alone paid for it. She said how does it look? I repied please hand me my glasses. DO NOT GO THERE. Then I poisted comments to the Fan Sam web-site. No call or e-mail. They just care about their monthly franchise fee. No wonder there it a portest on Wall Street.

Made an appointment on Saturday for first thing 11AM on Sunday for me and my son. They were very busy that morning, many people walked in. They took my son, and two other gentlemen first. Then they called another gentleman and still left me sitting there. 30 minutes had passed. I got up and said I wanted to pay for my sons haircut and left. They tried to say sorry if they knew I made an appointment they would have taken me. They knew because that was the first thing I said when I walked in the door to the three girls that were standing there. My son even said after his haircut was done that he would pay after his mom was done. Yet they still called someone else up. I think no one wanted to do a woman haircut - they were all just being lazy.

Called to inquire about hair donation and schedule my 5yr old an appointment. They where informative and helpful on the phone. The appointment went smashingly! It was my little ones first "fancy"salon experience and they made it great. Treated her like a VIP, she was ear to ear smiles the whole time. Its my favorite haircut shes ever gotten, just what she wanted! We had Jennifer and Id highly recommend both her and Nancy.

The hair stylist that are still there dont seem to care about your input. I told them exactly how I wanted my hair cut and they choose to do what they wanted instead. This is the last time I will be going to this location and I suggest that you dont go either.

This place stinks. I ask to get my hair thinned and they cut two inches off and give me a hair cut that makes me look like dora. I would never recommend to get your hair cut here. Theyll mess up your hair and not listen to your request

This place used to be really great but now it is a revolving door of stylists. Some are great and others. Well...Ive had to cut my own hair to fit it!

The woman that cut my hair at this salon was very knowledgeable. The salon two miles north was awful. I would choose this one over them any day!
