I called this salon before I went and asked the price for a wash blow dry and flat iron and what time was the latest that they excepted clients. I was told 27$ and 7:45 was the latest. I arrived to the salon at 7:32 and was told that I couldnt be seen because it was to late they cant do it because it was past 7:30.This was not the first time I was told one thing over the phone and when I arrived they changed what they said. One stylist was very rude, asking another stylist "was she going to do my hair because she was not going to do it". I just feel like if I was told one thing they shouldve honored it I didnt have to waste my time and gas going there I drove all the way from Canton just to be turned around...I didnt want to give them any stars but u have to to leave a review

The owner, Tony Fry, is a horrible business owner. After refusing to give a refund to my girlfriend for giving her a bob instead of a trim (she was going to grow it out) and making her cry, he preceded to attack my character because I went in with her the day before to help get her refund and said I was "intimidating the staff". Needless to say, I went out of my way to write this review, call channel seven action news, and the Better Business Bureau. So, good luck with your horrible business model.

Ive been here a few times and Ive only left once 100% happy. My most recent visit will be my last. The last time I was in I was very happy with the young lady that did my hair, so I asked for her again. I showed her pictures of my previous cut that she did, and somehow I ended up with something completely different, too short, choppy, and uneven. As a matter of fact, it looks like I have a large bald spot on the back of my head. Im now looking around at other salons that do extensions.

I called first to make sure that someone could do what I wanted to my hair, and I brought a picture. When she finished, it looked nothing like the picture. When I said so, the stylist said she didnt normally do what Id asked for; she had just said she would "try." She tried and failed, and I am out time and money and look a mess for a special event.

I went in and put my name on the list, and everything went fine. After waiting for half an hour and seeing several other walk-ins be addressed before me, I finally left. If the stylists dont want my business, thats their call; there are many other places that will be happy to accept it.

All I needed was to get my hair shorter by 3-4 inches. Did really a big mistake of going to this salon. The lady cut my hair unevenly. I dont understand how can you keep a staff that doesnt even know how to cut hair evenly. Very disappointed with the service.

Arrived at 5:35pm on a Saturday and they had already locked the doors. Clearly the door said they were "supposed" to be open until 6:00pm. Very disappointed..... No one even bothered to tell me why they were closed as I stood looking in at the store.

Twice Ive gone to this location and walked out with my hair cut unevenly. Tried to give them one more chance and they lock their doors 25 minutes before their door says they close. I do not recommend going to this store! They obviously do not care!

I walked in with hopes of a brunette peekaboo and after two visits and the color "not taking" I walked out with magenta highlights...as a young professional this is not appropriate and I will be seeking a 100% refund to get this mess fixed.

I got a haircut here, and the lady doing the cut apparently didnt know how to do a side part. I ended up with my hair half an inch longer on the left than on the right.

I always get my eyebrows done here by the older gentleman. He works his magic on my caterpillar eyebrows, and they always look amazing!
