First off Fantastic Sams does not give refunds.That said I paid $80 for all over highlights.Once I got home and had a chance to see that the highlights were hardly noticeable I called the salon and made another appt to have it redone.They scheduled me with a different stylist who wanted to charge me again to fix what the other stylist screwed up.Then after getting in an argument with the stylist the owner came over and said he would agree to 10-12 foils.In the meantime a stylist that had nothing to do with it stepped in and began questioning me.Finally the owner agreed to have me come back yet again and see the stylist that originally highlighted my hair. They are not customer friendly. They will charge you to redo if you dont like it.Be careful. Go at your own risk!

I live halfway across the country now, but Juliana is so good that I make sure to stop by every time I visit! Seriously. Ive had one haircut in Providence in the year and a half that Ive lived there. It was just as good a cut, but it cost more than twice what they would have asked for here. Juliana can do great work very quickly, which is excellent if youre pinched for time! She is respectful of what you want, and also creative with suggestions if you want to try something new. The other people working are always friendly, and Ive never had one of those "awkward smalltalk with a person who is touching your head" moments here. Ive never left wishing the cut were any different, and a week later it somehow looks even better which sure seems like magic.

Julianna is the BEST!!! I have been going to Julianna since last spring. Julianna colors and highlights my hair. She has changed my life. I first went in and had Julianna give me a consultation for coloring my hair. Her knowledge of color with highlights is amazing. She helped me decide a course of action to not only cover my gray but to also give my hair some dimension. I never miss an appointment and I never leave an appointment without the next one scheduled. Julianna is so nice that I feel like I am going to spend time with a good friend. You can not go wrong having Julianna make you BEAUTIFUL.

Horrible experience. I cant believe I came here to get my hair cut. The young lady who "cut my hair" had no idea how to cut my hair in a V shape!!!She messed up my hair style Now I have to go elsewhere to get my hair cut. To top it off I have very thick hair and she didnt shampoo and conditions my hair right, I am very upset with Fantastic sams I will never refer someone here!!!

Julianna rocks! She is accommodating, understands what we are looking for, and is always willing to go the extra mile in customer service. We adore her, and are so glad we found this place when we were looking for inexpensive haircuts for our family of five. Julianna also does great color! We are happy to refer lots of people to her, and have done so many times.

Proprietor informed me three times our wait would be a half hour with only one other customer waiting. I had two children with me seated quietly . I believe my African America 7 year old daughter made him uncomfortable for some reason. After the third time he informed me of our wait time , we left .

Monica is great! I have followed Monica for years. She is a color expert and has been able to make my thin fragile hair healthy again even though I color and highlight. Amazing. Always giving me a great cut, or just a trim depending on the day, she does whatever I ask.

Worst haircut I have had in year. Its like how fast can they get it done did not trim sideburns it is a sloppy cut uneven. Their answer if you dont like I can take more off. Said no I still have enough bhair so I can get some one to fix it. Lazy job is all I can say.

Ive never had a bad experience at this salon, even when I was there all day for a very intensive dye job. Julianna is amazing (as is the rest of the staff, very friendly) and has done an awesome job with whatever I bring her, including my toddlers very first haircut!

Julianna does a fantastic job cutting my hair. She is very detail oriented and listens to what I want. I have very thick hair and it is not always easy to get a great cut but, Julianna does a super job every time!
