My bf and I go to this chick fil a pretty often for the veggie wrap. We have always had great service except this last time on my way to greensboro when I stopped here and ordered 2 veggie wraps (not one cut in half, which i received... I asked for TWO). It was too busy to go back through the line after I noticed, so I just left... disappointed. Also upon ordering I was told it wasnt available at that location, so I corrected the man taking my order and told him Ive ordered it there before, and then he found it on his tablet. Hopefully I dont run into this issue again!

This place is very crowded around peak times. When I went there was a wait line all the way to the front door. After I waited about ten minutes I finally just left and went to Wendys. I watched the order and check out process and it was uncomfortably slow. The parking lot was chaos and the drivers coming in had one goal in mind, getting in the lot even though they didnt use designated lanes.

What is wrong this Chick-fil-a??? All others I have been to have servers outside taking orders during peak hours to expediate the "fast food" aspect of their franchise! Warning consumers: dont stop at this one if you are traveling and/or in a hurry. They dont know what "fast" part is in the fast food business!!!

Would have been 3 stars, but they had mouthwash in the restroom. 10 person order, to be fair. They missed a few items, gave us an extra sandwich, and charged us for our additional nuggets. Could have been handled better. But the place was busy and cranking out food. Overall decent chic-fil-a!

The food is very tasty, the staff was very friendly and helpful. the playground outs very clean as are the bathrooms. parking at this Madison location is much easier compared to most Chick-fil-a locations. i also noticed an extra order taker at the drive thru for quicker much time ordering.

Its a Chic-fil-a, how can it not be amazing food? Just like many other locations, this store is a place I love to frequent for the chicken biscuits on weekday mornings before going in to work. Never had any issues at this location. Great store and great franchise.

Chick-fil-A always has great food...this location is packed with customers. Limited on seating because of this and they will have to bring you the order as they catch up.Reconsider if in a hurry.
