I am a Three 13 original customer. I moved away and now call home 3000 miles away. While here on a visit with my dad I allowed nostalgia to take over my brain and made an appointment. The hair cut I wanted was simple so I opted for a 3 year stylist. I arrived 10 minutes early but was exploring the shop - my its changed. A young lady came to get me and take me back to have my hair washed but as soon as we were out of ear range of the waiting area she turned to explain that my stylist wasnt there yet. I was escorted to the stylists station and asked me if I wanted to go ahead and have my hair washed, but asked her if my stylist shouldnt see my hair dry to discuss my needs. My stylist arrived 15 later. I showed her my picture, but as she began surveying my hair I glanced at her through the mirror and caught sight of, I think it was a woman, with a scowl on her face who appeared to be sneering down over the stations. It took me aback and my stylist noticed, but when I mentioned it she made no visible facial gestures only commented. Lets just say the vibe was unsettling - left me with a chill down the center of my back. Off to the ambient shampoo station - a dark hole that I think was meant to be relaxing, but when we entered the area s/he was there! The scowling sneering person...

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COLOR. I just had a horrible experience yesterday. I went in to give the salon another chance, after various administrative glitches (including the front person saying they checked you in and then 20 or so minutes later you get a call from the salon asking if you forgot your appointment. Nice.). So I ask for the same blonde that I went into the salon with minus the roots and emphasized no red or gold. They bleach my hair, show me the color from the front (they dont have mirrors in the coloring area. Kind of convenient) and send me on my way. When I got home and looked at the back of my head in the bathroom mirror I saw all kinds of red hair. Lots of red. I called and got an appointment with one of their "international level" stylists to fix the issue. I went in today, after having to take an hour off of work so that the salon could fix the issue. The "international level" stylist said that she too saw red tones in my hair. Then she bleached my hair. Then she added a toner which turned my hair a sickening brown green color. I realized the issue when some of my hair landed on my shoulder and I realized that is was a disgusting color. I asked for a mirror and it was terrible. At this point I have over 3 hours invested to get a gross hair color. They proceed to tell me that they will fix it. I specifically asked what this would do to the condition of my hair. The "international level" stylist and her assistant both assured me that it would be fixed with no ill effects to my hair. By the time they were done with the third bleaching in three days my hair looks and feels like a cactus that has butter colored powder rubbed into it. My hair is fried. Oh, and there are some tiger stripe pieces because they didnt line up the foils between the bleachings. It got so much better when they began to blow-dry my hair and the ends began to break off. I asked for a full refund. They offered a jar of "conditioning treatment" and a gift card with the amount of my service on it along with an offer for an in salon treatment. Umm, why would I go back to a place that had multiple opportunities to fix this, didnt and then said, and I quote, "Mistakes happen," and they dont give refunds because they stand by their services. What??? You fry my hair after repeated attempts by your top stylist and you say you stand behind your work but wont provide a refund? That is some seriously mossy logic. As I walked out, after rejecting their gift card, a woman stopped me in the parking lot and asked me what happened. I told her and she proceeded to tell me that the salon had messed up someone she knows. Somehow Im not shocked.

Nightmare probably one of the worst Salons I have ever been to. I will never go back. I had to have my hair re done 3 different times. And a manager was not notified that I was unhappy until I asked for one on my third visit. When I got sick of there snobby rude attitudes. I paid close to $300 for my hair to be colored, and styled. Not worth it. On my third visit I still did not love it it was just OK. The facility is big but is ran like an assembly line in a food processing plant. I was there for more than 5 hours 2 out of the 3 times I was there. I also had to be moved to a whole separate part of the building after my color was done with soaking wet hair to have my hair blow dried and styled which I had to wait 30 minutes to get done even thou I scheduled it when I booked my appointment. And I had to pay for this service. Where at every other salon this would be complimentary when you are getting your hair colored. They also had to up charge me after 30 minutes of waiting because the stylist that was suppose to finish my hair was busy and it was going to be longer before she could get to me. They had to put me with another stylist on a higher level and she cost more. So instead of doing it complimentary because it took them so long to do my hair they charged me. Then on my last visit this part of the process was suppose to be complimentary by the manger. The girl that was suppose to do it blow dried it then told me I could wait to have it styled but she had another appointment show up and basically pushed me aside for her appointment. The staff is also very snobby and not friendly. Then to try to make up for the three times I had to come back they gave me a gift certificate for a facial which was still going to cost me $25. Ridiculous. This place is a joke. And a rip off. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
