Regarding Spa Sydell in Kennesaw. I have a massage therapist that I adore there so I booked a massage with him and when I got there they mistakingly sent me to the wrong therapist because I had the same first name as another client who was there for a prenatal massage. I hated the massage... Im not pregnant.... but I do not blame the therapist entirely. It was more of a clerical error. When I talked to the front desk about what happened her way of fixing it was asking me if I would rather not tip the therapist.... What? Thats stupid. Then my husband called and she said the best she could do was to give 20% off the next message. (Same person I had spoke to). Husband feels that they should do better and she said she would have the director call back and we have heard nothing for weeks. It makes me extremely sad because I was thinking about going monthly and canceling my massage envy membership. Sad sad sad. Later she followed up with me: my husband got in contact with her. I just want to give everyone a heads up: if you do not like the service being provided to you, dont be nice like me and stay through the massage. Tell them to stop, and that you are not consenting to the service any longer. Because if you "consent" and the service is bad they will say "Sorry" and hand you as most a $25 gift card, even though you may have purchased a package worth over $200. It is clear that your business is not appreciated here. And while they voice their apologies their actions say otherwise. Ill be sticking with Massage Envy where customer service is a priority.

This business, should NOT be a business. They can not pay their employees. And for the first 6 weeks of work, an employees check is held. Casey, Haley, and Reina are terrible at getting in contact with. They dont answer their phones, or reply to emails or voice messages. I know personally, I have four checks currently, dating back to September 23rd, of which none of them will cash. I have contacted Casey, Haley, and Reina on multiple occasions and have had no reply, going on three weeks now since they had last responded asking for the dates and amounts of checks. Im fed up with this company and I just want my money IN CASH so I can be done with these people. I only.say in cash because any re-issue of a check still wouldnt be valid. Otherwise I will be taking this company to court.

I have been trying to book a service for a week, for 4 ladies to have a "Girls Spa Day", the first young lady at the Perimeter location said that the system was down and said she would call me back in about 45 minutes. 4 days later still no return call. I then called the location at the forum, and left a message. 3 days later, and still no return call. This is bad customer service!!! The only reason I am using Spa Sydell is that I have a gift certificate, but paying for the other ladies. Not Happy with this Poor customer service!!! Massage Envy is cheaper and has better customer service!!!

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. What you all are doing is illegal. If you cannot pay your employees and contractors then closed your doors. Upon being hired, the spa director should be upfront with the potential contractor and let us know that the company is going through a bankruptcy. They never have money in the payroll accounts. They pick and choose who and when to pay the workers. This company has cause my bank account to be over drawn, because they write checks that will bounce.

Spa Sydell is the best Spa I have ever been to, the atmosphere is so relaxing and the masseuses are exceptionally talented and equally professional. My girlfriend and I came in for a couples massage and we left feeling extremely relaxed and serene. If youre looking for a way to escape the monotony and stress of the work week, check these guys out.

Worst business ever. My wife wanted to return the gift certificate I bought her and it took a month for them to send us a check. Went to cash it and its a bad check and my bank is charging me $12 for their error. And now no one from corporate will answer their phone or call me back.
