This was my first and last experience at this nail salon. The upkeep of the salon was poor because there were little flies all around my feet and nails while I was getting them done. On top of that, the lady that did my nails was rude and not accommodating at all. I informed her that I was getting my nails done for my graduation, so I wanted them to look as best as possible. However, she kept giving me nasty looks and expressions when I would ask her different questions, and when I didnt like the end result and wanted my color changed, she acted like it was the end of the world and I was crazy for requesting such a thing. And Im almost certain that she was talking about me in her language because she rolled her eyes and gave more rude expressions while she was talking. The only positive thing I will say, and the only reason why I have this salon 2 stars instead of 1, is that the other lady that did my pedicure did a good job. All-in-all, Nails on ponce or midtown nails are wayyy better and they both provide excellent customer service skills so I recommend going to them beside this calamity of a place.

I love this place Ms. Lisa always does my nails perfectly and i have always found her very accommodating to any request. I always get a gel manicure and spa pedi. My cuticles are always trimmed percectly and my polish always lasts longer than from any other salon its astonishing! There are plenty of salons that may look fancier in the area but i have always had poor, rushed service and gel polish that chips within a week if i go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent experience!!! I got a pedicure and manicure (acrylic set with gel on top) and from the time I walked in until I left, I was treated amazing!!! I cant recommend this place enough! The only place I will go to in Smyrna from now on! Reasonable prices with amazing service!

The prices are reasonable and the quality of my manicure was beyond expectations. This only of the only nail shop I would trust to do a pedicure. The workers are diligent and very respectful.

Terrible!!!! Every time I looked down they were repolishing my nails. My big toe was repolished a total of 4 times, and the rest of my toes were repolished 2 times...all without me asking

they dont do what you request, I told them I didnt mind being charged and them the lady that did my toes act like she didnt know anything so whatever I want be back. not that it matters
