This hair salon and I got off to a rocky start, but they went out of their way to make things up to me. The first time I went in, I went for highlights and a trim. I have really long, thick hair, and I had made the appt only that morning, and I think they were in a rush and didnt take the extensive amount of time necessary for hair as long as mine. However, after a few weeks, I was so unhappy with the way it had turned out, especially after paying about $200 for everything, that I called them up and asked them if they would fix it. I was able to talk to Sima, the owner, about the situation and she was extraordinarily accommodating. She got me in the next weekend and she redid the highlights herself. She did an amazing job, and was able to make it look exactly like what I was hoping for the first time around. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results, and while I was sitting under the heater, she even sat my husband down (who had been out with me that day and was just sitting in the waiting room) and cleaned up his neckline and gave him a quick trim! That showed me that Sima really cared about making my first negative experience into a more than positive experience, and it worked! Everyone there was so pleasant, my first visit and my second, and I will definitely be going back to see Sima when this starts to grow out! I am finally having my wedding in November, and the way Sima went out of her way to show me that customer service and satisfaction were so important to her makes her the first person I think of when I am planning my hair for the big day! Bottom line, mistakes happen, but it is the mark of a great company when they are willing to recognize them and do whatever it takes to make it right. I highly recommend Sima and her crew!

Poor service, lousy haircuts - Although it is situated in a nice retail space, the hair cuts I have received there have been well below par. The stylist doesnt listen, and chops / lops off hair without any thought to customer preferences, and thats because she is too busy with before and after clients. Zima has a certificate or two on the wall, but I believe she got those sheering hair off of animals and not human beings. Definitely, not recommended if you are looking for professional stylists who are interested in first class service and first class cuts.

Alison - February 19, 2012 Zeba Hair Salon and Spa has been my salon of choice for the past 2 years, and I have nothing but praise for the services I have received. Nina is an excellent stylist, whether I need a simple hair cut, color,eyebrow wax or something more challenging I always leave happy, she manages to bring out the best in you. I can highly recommend Zeba Hair Salon and no matter which stylist you choose you will not be disappointed, Sima and her talented staff will make you feel like family.

This is a wonderful salon. I started going to this salon when my regular hair stylist went on maternity leave. Sima was highly recommended by may daughter, who has been going there for about a year. She really took the time to listen and give me feedback and ideas for new hair designs. On top of that the atmosphere is great and the service is beyond reproach, always offering a beverage upon entering and sending appointment reminders. I will be a regular going forward.

This place is amazing! Paige did my makeup and it was absolutely flawless. Manami did my hair and she was excellent. She provided exactly what I was looking for and I received so many compliments. They were both very professional and gave me exactly what I wanted. They also worked very quickly and were confident in their skills. Best place Ive been to in a while.

Christine is a very good hair stylist and truly a pleasure to talk to. She styles my hair and my sons and she does a great job. The staff at Zeba are so friendly and always ask if you would like a beverage. Wait time has been minimal even for afternoon appointments. I like the txt and email confirmations as well. I would highly recommend Zeba!

I cannot say enough how much I love Zeba Hair Salan and Spa. Nina has cut, colored and waxed for six years and I would never let anybody touch my hair other than her. Every time I get my hair done I get so many compliments about how healthy my hair looks. She considers personality, time, and overall look wanting to accomplish. LOVE

Excellent haircut every time. My college aged daughters love this salon as well. No one in my family has ever left this establishment unhappy. The staff is attentive, courteous and professional. This salon has a very upscale feel and provides great services at reasonable prices.

Ive been going to Sima for years. She is a genius with color. I wouldnt go to anyone else. I also get facials at Zeba from Ronnie. She does microderm abrasion and all kinds of masks and peels. It really improves my skin and its SO relaxing. I highly recommend this salon!

Went there when they first opened and asked for a particular length and she left it much longer. I told her that it was not the length that I wanted. She told me that you need this longer length. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!
