I am being very generous with one star. Rude Asian lady cant cut her at all. Plus smoke like a chimney and doesnt wash her hands. Nasty! I got home and had to cut my own sideburns and basically cut my own hair. Im not an angry person or cheap but people like her do not belong in customer service. I will never go back there much less any other supercuts. Thanks

The lady entering information in the computer for clients: Very bad customer service. i was completely ignored and standing in front of her more than 5 min without any greeting or question about what i wanted. Two employees working and only one actually cutting hair. The other checked me in and then continued to ignore me while she did her own hair. That was rude! Why bother being here if you cant take care of your customers first.

It is a bit dirty, they seem understaffed and stressed. The first time I had my haircut here, they didnt fade from sides to top very well. The second time it was decent. Dont think Ill go again unless no other options.

Went there a little nervous because i hate changing barbers. A young lady by the name of Christine remove that fear. She also made me think differently about females cutting fades and short cuts for black guys.

Staff is rude. I booked an appointment but nobody honored it. I had to wait for 45 minutes. And then after a bad hair job, I was asked for a tip. Never going there again !

Clarence cut my hair today and did a really nice job. He was polite and very patient. He listened to what I wanted and did it! The final product is a cute cut.
