Truly a "you get what you pay for" experience! If youre looking for a quick $15 trim, this isnt the place for you. Valenti is all about pampering! I love being able to add on a mini facial, protein treatment, or brow wax while at the shampoo bowl. Because how many times have you made the appointment 6 weeks prior, only to realize the day of that you really need those brows touched up but didnt book the extra time!? And dont get me started on the scalp massage! Id come in everyday just for that. My cut and color are always fantastic. I trust Aveda trained stylists so much that whenever Ive moved to a new area, I start my new stylist search at Aveda salons like Valenti. You know you can get a hair cut any where, but if your looking for that little extra, then you need to go to Valenti!

After searching for a new salon after my long time stylist moved out of the state, I was easily welcomed into Valenti. From the moment I walked in the door, where I was immediately offered water with cucumber, to my amazing cut and style with Shea, followed by product selections and checking out, I was treated with the highest level of customer service. Even the call I made to schedule the appointment! Im still in shock how amazing everything was. My stylist listened to what I wanted and offered feedback and let me know what she was going to do before doing anything. She was warm and pleasant, and I even had a mini facial and brow wax! I highly recommend and I will be back for more!

I have heard so much about Valenti. Unfortunately I made an appointment, walked in and was told I was not in the books. So I made ANOTHER appointment. Same thing happened, they said they did not have me penciled in. Obviously I was pissed. So I thought, ok...Ill try this one last time. Made the third appointment.. and believe it or not, they said I was not written down. I obviously went elsewhere. Ive heard so much about this place and its sad that this happened. I emailed the salon today ( so its in writing) that I would like to make an appointment to have my hair dyed. Im hoping to hear back from someone. This will be my last attempt at trying to get into this place.

My first time with Valenti Salon and it was a great experience Emily was fantastic is making me feel comfortable and helping me choose a color that would help look good in my red hair as I wanted purple she was not afraid to tell me with my skin tone and hair color that the purple would stand out and then she showed me and it would have looked bad if I Would have choose to continue with that color the staff was very professional and I enjoyed my visit.

Love the atmosphere at Valenti. The staff are always friendly and pampering which helps me unwind after a long work day. No matter what service I get manicure, pedicure, make-up, or haircut I am always please with the quality. I trust the reccomendations on color, cut, and style from staff. Often I get asked where I get my hair done -which is a great sign of a quality cut to me.

They greeted me as I walked into the front door and offered me a complimentary drink. Caitlin was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable with the questions I asked her. Used to love this place but after two bad experiences in a row, (first was an overly painful eyebrow wax that triggered a migraine, then a cut and color that ended up with dye on my clothing), Ive decided to part ways with Valenti. For the price, I shouldnt be laid up in bed all day sick or have to replace my clothing after an appointment.

I am so very pleased with my hair color, as I transition to a lighter shade to blend with my gray. My spa services are Excellent, which include manicures, facials, and the occasional pedicure. With my schedule, I am able to take care of everything in one location, which has been great ♡ Elyse, Star, and staff are amazing!

They charged me $165 for only coloring the tips of my hair red. Such a rip off. The girl didnt even do what I showed her in the picture (Molly). - Update*** The color that was put in hasnt even lasted 2 weeks. I couldve gotten my hair done way better for a much more reasonable price. NEVER coming here again.

Had a great experience at Valenti Salon on Beechmont. Was greeted by friendly/professional staff and offered a drink while I waited, however I only had to wait less than a minute for Elizabeth to get started on my manicure. Lovely work by Elizabeth, my manicure looks great! Will definitely be back.
