Absolutely horrible service!!!! Made an appointment online, showed up 10 minutes early to no receptionist. Found the stylists area and waited for 30 mins all the while trying to call her. I received no help from the many employees walking past me like I shouldnt be there only to get a text at least 30 mins after my scheduled appointment by the stylist to say sorry for not making it. I had booked Cole but after the way I was treated there is no way in hell I will be back.

I bought a groupon for nail service. She literally cut my finger and made me bleed the two times I came in and cancelled less than an hour before my third appointment. I didnt get the email message and wasted my time showing up. And yes, the only reason I kept going was the stupid groupon. The second time she cut my finger and it started bleeding again, she blamed it on me! She was incredibly rude in all correspondence. Unless you want a bloody finger, go somewhere else.

Got a groupon for Karen at Salon Lofts and she was fabulous. I like the concept of salon lofts as it is typically cheaper and more flexible because it is individual stylist rather than a whole salon. Karen was awesome and gave me discounts on her products. She also honors the groupon pricing in the future so thats something to consider
